“கனவிலும் நினைவிலும்”

பிரம்மரிஷியும் சுகமுனிவரின் உயரிய தன் தவயோகத்தினால் உலகோருக்கெல்லாம் அருள்மழை பொழியும் ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவள் சாட்சாத் கைலாசபதியே என்பது பலரின் அனுபவத்தில் வெளிப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அந்த தெய்வமே ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளெனும் திருஉருவில் மிக எளிமையாய் நம்மையெல்லாம் உய்விக்க திரு அவதாரமெடுத்து திகழ்வதினால் அந்த மகான் சொப்பனத்தில் தோன்றினாலும் அது மெய்யாகவே அத்தெய்வம் நேரில் அருள்புரிவதாகவே பல பக்தர்கள் பரிபூரணமாக உணர முடிந்துள்ளது.

அதில் மூர்த்தி மூவிஸ் ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி என்ற அன்பரின் அனுபவமும் ஒன்றாகும்.

1981-ம் வருடம் ஒருநாள் அவர் அயர்ந்து தூங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தார். ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவா கனவில் தோன்றினார்.

“அஷ்டவசுக்களுக்கு திருப்தி செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்கு வேண்டிய தார்மீக காரியங்களை வைதீக முறையில் செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்கு உண்டான வசதி உன்னிடம் உள்ளதா?” என்று கனவில் மகான் கேட்கிறார்.

இவர் பதில் சொல்லாமல் நிற்கிறார்.

“உன் அங்கவஸ்திரத்தின் நுனியை அவிழ்த்துப்பார்”, என்கிறார். கனவிலேயே கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா வாக்கின்படி அங்கவஸ்திர நுனியை அவிழ்க்கிறார்.

அதில் சிறிதளவு அரிசி இருப்பது தெரிகிறது.

“இது போதும்” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா திருவாக்கருளி சொப்பனத்திலிருந்து அகன்று செல்கிறார்.

கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்திக்கு உடனே ஸ்ரீ மகானை தரிசிக்க தோன்றுகிறது. பண்டரிபுரம் புறப்பட்டு செல்கிறார். ஆனால் பண்டரிபுரத்தில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இல்லை. நாராயண ஜின்ஜினி என்ற இடத்தில் நடமாடும் தெய்வம் குடிகொண்டு அருளுவதாக அறிந்து அங்கே விழைகிறார்.

இவர் அந்த முகாமிற்கு போய் சேர்வதற்கு முன்பே அங்கே ஒரு அதிசயம். அங்கு அதிகாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா ஒரு சிப்பந்தியை கூப்பிட்டு “இப்போ தரிசனத்திற்கு ஒருத்தர் வருவார். அவரை உடனே என்னிடம் வரச்சொல்லு” என உத்தரவிட்டுருக்கிறார்.

சிப்பந்தி வெளியே வந்து பார்த்த நேரம் கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி அங்கே ஆட்டோவில் போய் இறங்குகிறார். உடனே இவரிடம் நடந்ததை சிப்பந்தி கூற இவருக்கோ ஆச்சர்யம். ஓடிச்சென்று பரமதயாபரனை சாஷ்டாங்கமாக நமஸ்கரிக்கிறார்.

இவர் தன் சொப்பனத்தில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா தோன்றிய விபரத்தை கூற நினைக்கும்போதே, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா முந்திக் கொள்கிறார்.

பக்கத்தில் நின்ற அன்பரிடம் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா “நானே விபரத்தை கூறுகிறேன்” என்று ஆரம்பித்து, கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தியை நோக்கி, அஷ்டவசுக்குக்களுக்குத் திருப்தி செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும், காஞ்சிபுரத்தில் உள்ள சிவஸ்தானத்தில் ருத்ர ஏகாதசி, மன்யுசூக்த ஜபம் நடைபெறப் போவதாகவும், இவரை அஷ்டவசு ஜபம் செய்யும்படியும் கட்டளையிட்டார்.

“அஷ்டவசு ஹோமத்தின் சங்கல்பம், விதானம் முதலியவைகள் ஸ்ரீமடம் புத்தகசாலையில் இருக்கு. அதை உடனே எடுத்துக்கொண்டு ஒருவரை முகாமிற்கு அனுப்பு. அவரிடம் விபரமாக சொல்றேன்” என கட்டளையிட்டார்.

இப்படி கனவில் தோன்றி கட்டளையிட்டதுபோலவே, நேரிலும் அதையே மெய்ப்பித்து காட்டியருளும் மகான் சாட்சாத் பரமேஸ்வரரேயன்றி யாருமில்லை என்பது கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்திக்கு மிக்க தெளிவாயிற்று. மேலும் அஷ்டவசு ஜபஹோமத்திற்கு தன்னை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து ஈஸ்வரர் அருளியதை எண்ணி பெருமைக்கொண்டு ஹோமம் நன்றாக நடைபெற பிரார்த்தித்து திரும்பினார்.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் பூர்ண அனுக்ரஹத்தினால் 1982-லிருந்து 1987 வரை ஹோமங்களை செய்த பாக்யம் பெற்றார். 1988 இல் ஒருநாள் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளை தரிசித்தபோது, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இவரை உள்ளே அழைத்து அங்கிருந்தவர்களை வெளியே செல்லுமாறு பணித்து, கதவை மூடும்படி உத்தரவிட்டார்.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இவரிடம் கன்னடத்தில் பேசப்போவதாகவும் இவரையும் கன்னடத்திலேயே பேசுமாறும் கூறினார்.

முதலில் எத்தனை வருடமாக அஷ்டவசு ஹோமம் செய்கிறாய் என்கிறார். அதற்கு இவர் கணக்கு வைத்துக்கொள்ளவில்லை என்றார்.

“எத்தனை செலவு செய்தாய்?” என்று பெரியவா கேட்க, அதுவும் தெரியவில்லை என்றார் கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி.

உனக்கு என்னத்தான் தெரியும்? என்று அன்பாக கேட்டுவிட்டு “நான் ஐந்து வருடம் அஷ்டவசுக்களை திருப்திப்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்று எண்ணினேன். ஐந்து வருடம் செய்தாகிவிட்டதால் இதுவரை செய்ததுபோதும்” என கூறினார்.

“நீ க்ஷேமமாய் இருப்பே” என்று ஆசீர்வதித்து அனுப்பினார். இந்த அபூர்வமான பாக்யத்தை நினைத்து கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி என்றும் புளகாங்கிதம் அடைவதாக சொல்கிறார்.

தெய்வத்தின் வாக்கு

பூதனூர் பாப்பா எனும் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பக்தரின் அனுபவம் இது.

ஸ்ரீ மஹாபெரியவாளின் அருளால் சன்யாஸம் பெற்று ஸ்ரீ திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகள் என அழைக்கப்பட்டவர் திருவாரூரில் தங்கியிருந்தார்.

பூதனூர் பாப்பா அவரிடம் அடிக்கடி செல்வதுண்டு. 1986ம் ஆண்டு திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளின் உடல்நிலை மோசமாகி போனது. இந்த செய்தியை பாப்பா காஞ்சியில் வாசம் செய்துக் கொண்டிருந்த ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் தெரிவிக்க சென்றார்.

செய்தியை கூறியவுடன் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா “நீதான் இனிமே திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளுக்கு எல்லாம் செய்யணும். உடனே சிகை வைச்சுக்கோ. சுவாமிகளுக்காக உன் பெயரில் இடம் ஒன்று வாங்கி அந்த இடத்தில் சுவாமிகள் சித்தி ஆனபிறகு வைக்க வேண்டும்” என்றார்.

“மஹா பாக்யம். ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா உத்தரவுபடி செய்றேன்” என்று பாப்பா கூறி விடைப்பெற்றார்.

திருவாரூர் வந்து சுவாமிகளை பார்த்தபோது உடல்நிலை சற்று முன்னேறி இருப்பதாக தெரிந்தது. சுவாமிகளுக்கு ஆபத்து தற்போது இல்லை, எதுவும் நடக்காது என மனதில் நினைத்தபோதே, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் கட்டளையின்படி இடம் வாங்க வேண்டுமே என கவலை பிறந்தது. உடனே திருவாரூரில் இடம் வாங்குவதற்காக வக்கீல் சேகர் என்பவரிடம் சொல்லிவிட்டு வந்தார்.

அந்த வாரத்தில் இரண்டுமுறை திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளை பார்த்துவிட்டு வந்தார். ஒருநாள் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை காலையில் இவருக்கு திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகள் சித்தி அடைந்துவிட்ட சேதி வந்தது.

உடனே காரில் அங்கே விரைந்து சித்தியடைந்த சுவாமிகளை தரிசித்துவிட்டு, வக்கீல் சேகரோடு இடத்திற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்ய தொடங்கினார். ஆனால் எத்தனை அலைந்தும் யாரும் இடம் கொடுக்க தயங்கினார்கள். ஒரு பொது இடத்தை வக்கீல் இவருக்கு காட்டியபோது அந்த இடம் இவருக்கு பிடிக்கவில்லை.

என்ன செய்வதென்று புரியாத நிலையில், திரு பாப்பா இதை உடனே காஞ்சி மகானிடம் தெரிவிக்கச் சொல்லி ஸ்ரீ மடத்திற்கு போனில் தகவல் சொன்னார். உடனே மடத்தில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் இதை கூறி “திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளை மேலப்பூதனூருக்கு எடுத்துச் சென்று எல்லா காரியங்களையும் செய்யவும்” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா உத்தரவானதை தெரிவித்தனர்.

உடனே பாப்பா அப்படியே சித்தியடைந்த சுவாமிகளின் பூத உடலை மேலப்பூதனூருக்கு எடுத்துச் சென்று அங்கே அவர் வீட்டுக்கு பக்கத்திலிருந்த குளத்தங்கரையில் ஒரு ஓரத்தில் வைத்து காரியங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்தார். ஊர் ஜனங்களும் தடை ஏதும் சொல்லாமல் ஒத்துழைத்தனர்.

பல மாதங்கள் கடந்தன. அதற்கு பிறகுதான் பாப்பாவிற்கு அந்த சந்தேகம் எழலாயிற்று. திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளின் பூத உடலை வைத்து காரியங்கள் செய்த இடம் யாருடையதோ, என்னவோ என்ற கவலை அதுவரை ஏற்படவில்லை. ஆனால் அந்த இடம் இவர் பெயரிலேயே இருந்த சொந்த இடம் என்று பிறகுதான் தெரிந்தது.

ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளின் தீர்க்க தரிசனம் புரியலாயிற்று. “திருவாரூர் சுவாமிகளுக்கு உன் பெயரில் நிலம் வாங்கு” என்ற ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் வாக்கு எப்படியெல்லாம் தானாகவே மெய்பிக்கப்பட்டு விடுகிறதென்பதை உணர்ந்தவருக்கு மெய்சிலிர்த்தது. தெய்வத்தின் வாக்கல்லவா!

மகா வைத்தீஸ்வரர்

பஞ்சாபகேசனுக்கு ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பேரருள் புரிந்திட்ட சம்பவம் இது. ஒரு தேயிலை தோட்டத்தில் மேனேஜராக இவர் இருந்தபோது இவர் மனைவி பிரசவத்திற்காக சென்னை சென்றிருந்தாள். திடீரென்று காலரா ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சேர்த்துவிட்டதாக தகவல் வர இவர் பதறிக்கொண்டு சென்னை வந்தார்.

குழந்தை பிறந்த நாற்பது நாளில் சின்னம்மை போட்டு தலைக்கு ஜலம் விட்டவுடன் மூளைக்காய்ச்சல் வந்து கைகால்கள் வெட்டி இழுக்க ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சேர்த்திருந்தனர். இவர் மிகவும் கலவரமடைந்து டாக்டரிடம் கேட்டபோது அவர் தன் நாற்பது வருட அனுபவத்தில் இந்த மாதிரி நிலைக்கு வந்தவர்கள் யாரும் பிழைத்ததாக தெரியவில்லை என்றார். மேலும் அப்படியே பிழைத்தாலும், பேச, நடமாட முடியாதவர்களாக, ஞாபக சக்தி முற்றிலும் இல்லாதவர்களாகவே உயிர் வாழ முடியும். அதனால் அவர்கள் உயிர் பிழைக்காமல் இருப்பதே மேல் என்ற வகையில் கையை விரித்துவிட்டனர்.

பஞ்சாபகேசனுக்கு ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் மேல் பக்தி இருப்பதால் அவரிடம் போய் வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுமாறும் சொன்னார்கள். உடனே அன்று இரவு 11 மணிக்கே புறப்பட்டு காஞ்சி சென்றார். இரவிலேயே தரிசிக்க முயற்சி செய்து முடியாமல் அதிகாலையில் தட்டில் தேங்காயோடு காருண்யர் முன் நின்றார்.

மனைவியின் நிலையை உருக்கமாக இவர் சொல்ல, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா “டாக்டர் என்ன சொல்றா?” என்றார். அதற்கு இவர் துக்கம் தொண்டையை அடைக்க “பிழைக்கமாட்டாளாம், பிழைத்தாலும் படுத்துண்டே இருப்பாளாம்” என்று கண்ணீர் பெருக்கெடுக்க கூறினார்.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா தட்டில் வைத்த தேங்காய்களை தடவியபடியே, “எல்லாம் சரியாய்போயிடும். மடத்துக்குப் போய் பிரசாதம் வாங்கிண்டு போ” என்று புன்னகையோடு அருளி அனுப்பினார்.

நம்பிக்கையோடு ஆஸ்பத்திரிக்கு திரும்பி பிரசாதத்தை மனைவியின் நெற்றியில் இட்டதும் மின்னல்போல் அவள் உடலில் ஒரு அதிர்வு ஏற்பட்டது. உடனே பெயரை சொல்லி கூப்பிட்டவுடன் “காஞ்சிபுரம் போய் பெரியவாளை தரிசனம் பண்ணிட்டு வர்றீங்களா?” என்று ஆச்சரியமாக மனைவி கேட்டாள்.

உடனே ஓடி இவர் டாக்டரை அழைத்து வந்தபோது மனைவி நினைவில்லாமல் போய்விட்டார். “உன் மனைவி எதோ ஜன்னியில் உளறியிருப்பாள்” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பிரசாத மகிமையை அறியாத டாக்டர் அப்போது கூறினாலும், அந்த மருத்துவமனையின் சரித்திரத்திலேயே கண்டிராத வகையில் அந்த பெண்மணி மெல்ல முன்னேற்றமடைந்து 12-வது நாளில் எழுந்து, பேசி, நடமாடி, டிஸ்சார்ஜ் ஆனபோது டாக்டருக்கு ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் அபார மகிமை புரிந்தேவிட்டது.

இப்பேற்பட்ட கருணை தெய்வம் எப்போதும் நம்மை காத்து, சகல ஐஸ்வர்யங்களையும், சர்வ மங்களங்களையும் அள்ளித்தரும் என்பது திண்ணமல்லவா!

“In dream and in reality”

It has become evident through the experiences of various devotees that Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava, who has the greatness of Sukha Brahma Rishi, is none other than Sakshat Kailasapathi. It is because of this fact that even if Sri Periyava comes in one’s dream, devotees have realized that it is indeed a reality and Sri Periyava blesses them.

Sri Krishnamoorthy from Moorthi Movies is one of those devotees who had experienced this in his life. In 1981, he was taking rest and was sleeping. Sri Maha Periyava came in his dream.

“Ashtavasu needs to be satiated. All the activities towards that need to be done in Vaideeka way. Do you have enough funds to do that?” asked Sri Periyava in Krishnamoorthy’s dreams.

He stood there without responding. “Open the end of angavasthram (cloth worn in the upper body)” told Sri Periyava. In his dream itself, Krishnamoorthy opened the end of angavasthram. He found that there is small amount of rice in it.

“This is enough” told Sri Periyava and goes away from Krishnamoorthy’s dream.

He immediately felt that he needs to have darshan of Sri Periyava. He started to Pandaripuram. But Sri Periyava was not there. He came to know that Sri Periyava was camping in Narayana Jinjini and rushed there for Sri Periyava’s darshan.

Even before he reached the camp, there happened a miracle. At 4.30 in the morning, Sri Periyava called one of His assistants and ordered, “One person would come for darshan. Ask him to come to me.” When the assistant came out and looked, Krishnamoorthy came in an auto and got down there. As soon as the assistant mentioned Sri Periyava’s orders, Krishnamoorthy was astonished and immediately ran towards Sri Periyava and prostrated before Him.

When Krishnamoorthy thought of telling Sri Periyava about his dream, Sri Periyava started talking first about it saying, “I myself will tell the details.” Sri Periyava looked at Krishnamoorthy and told that Ashtavasu needs to be satiated, Rudra Ekadashi and Manyusuktha Japam needs to be performed at Sivasthanam (near Kanchipuram). Also ordered Krishnamoorthy to do Ashtavasu Japam.

“Ashtavasu homam sankalpam and procedures are available at Sri Matam library. Ask a person to bring that to me. I shall explain the details to him” instructed Sri Periyava.

At that moment, Krishnamoorthy realized that Sri Maha Periyava is none other Sakshat Parameshwara who instructed the same thing that was told in his dreams. Also, he felt that happy and blessed that Sri Periyava chose him for doing Ashtavasu homam. He prayed to Sri Periyava for the success of homam and returned.

With Sri Periyava’s blessings, he got the fortune of doing the homam from 1982 to 1987. In 1988, when he went for Sri Periyava’s darshan, Sri Periyava instructed all the devotees to leave the room and ordered Krishnamoorthy to close the door.

Sri Periyava told that He is going to talk in Kannada language and also asked Krishnamoorthy to respond in Kannada. Sri Periyava started by asking how many years have you been performing the homam. Krishnamoorthy responded that he did not have count of it. Then, Sri Periyava asked, “How much have you spent towards this?” Krishnamoorthy replied that he did not have count of that as well.

“What do you know?” asked Sri Periyava with love and affection. Then Sri Periyava continued, “I was thinking to satiate Ashtavasu for five years. Since five years got over, whatever you have done so far is enough.”

“You will be prosperous” Sri Periyava blessed Krishnamoorthy. Even today, when he thinks about this incident and the blessings of Sri Periyava, Krishnamoorthy tells that he gets goose bumps.

“Words of God”

This experience is of another devotee named Boothanoor Paappa.

With the blessings of Sri Maha Periyava, there lived a sanyasi in Thiruvaroor named Sri Thiruvaroor Swamigal. Poothanoor Paappa used to go to this sanyasi very often. In 1986, Swamigal’s health deteriorated. Sri Paappa went to Kanchipuram to inform Sri Periyava about this news.

As soon as he informed, Sri Periyava told, “You only have to do everything for Thiruvaroor Swamigal. Immediately have tuft (shikai) in your head. Buy a land in your name and when Swamigal attains siddhi, you need to keep Swamigal in that place.”

“It is indeed my fortune. Will do as per Sri Periyava’s orders” told Paappa and returned.

When he came back to Tiruvaroor and saw the Swamigal, he felt that Swamigal’s health had improved. When he realized that the Swamigal is out of danger and nothing will happen to Him, he started worrying about buying a land in his name as per Sri Periyava’s orders. He informed advocate Sri Sekar about buying a land in Thiruvaroor.

During that week, he had darshan of Thiruvaroor Swamigal twice. On a Sunday morning, he got the news that Thiruvaroor Swamigal attained siddhi.

He immediately rushed to Thiruvaroor, had darshan of Swamigal and then started planning for buying a land along with advocate Sekar. Even after searching many places, they were not able to finalize on any land. When advocate showed a common land, Paappa did not like it. When he did not know what to do, he called Sri Matam and requested them to inform this to Sri Periyava. They called back from Sri Matam and told that Sri Periyava ordered, “Take Tiruvaroor Swamigal to Melapoothanoor and do all the karyams.”

As soon as he got that instruction, he took the mortal remains of Swamigal to Melaboothanoor and in the banks of a tank next to his house, he completed all the karyams. No one from that place opposed for this. After few months, he got the doubts about the owner of that place. He also started worrying if they would create any issues. But, he came to know that the land was already registered in his name.

He realized the blessings of Sri Maha Periyava. He got goose bumps when he understood how Sri Periyava’s words, “Buy a land in your name for Tiruvaroor Swamigal” became true on its own by His blessings. It is indeed the words of God, is it not!

Maha Vaidheeswarar!

This incident is about Sri Periyava’s blessings to Sri Panchapakesan. When he was working as a manager in a tea garden, his wife had gone to Chennai for delivery. Suddenly, he got a news that his wife has been admitted in Cholera hospital and he rushed to Chennai immediately.

Forty days after delivery, she was affected by small pox and few days after that, she got brain fever and was admitted in the hospital. Panchapakesan was perplexed and when he enquired the doctor, he told that in his forty years of service, he had never seen anyone who survived from this situation. Even if they survive, they would only be able to live without the ability to talk, walk and without memory power. So, they told it is better that she does not survive.

Since Panchapakesan is Sri Periyava’s devotee, everyone asked him to go and inform Sri Periyava about this. Immediately he started to Kanchipuram at 11pm that night. He tried to have Sri Periyava’s darshan in the night itself. But, he could not do that. So, he was waiting for the darshan early in the morning with coconut in a plate.

As he was explaining his wife’s condition, Sri Periyava asked, “What are the doctors saying?” He choked and responded with tears, “She won’t survive. Even if she survives, she would be bed ridden.”

Sri Periyava touched the coconut kept in that plate and told with smiling face, “Everything will be alright. Go to Sri Matam and get prasadam.”

Having faith in Sri Periyava and His words, he came back to hospital and kept the prasadam in his wife’s forehead. Immediately, she felt like current passed in her body and shook. When he called her by name, she asked with surprise, “Are you coming back from Kanchipuram after having Sri Periyava’s darshan?” He ran to get the doctors but his wife became unconscious again.
