There are three types in Shraddha (श्रद्धा) explained in “Shraddha Traya Vibhaga Yogam” in Bhagawad Gita. In Shraddha (Sincerity) people are divided into three types; this depends on the three Gunas (Satvam, Rajas and Tamas) and on which of these gunas dominate in the person. When Sri Krishna explains about the Puja, Yajnam, Dhanam etc performed by these people, he details on which of them fall under Satvam, which under Rajas and which under Tamas.
