‘டிப்ளமஸி’ என்பதற்காக ராஜாங்கத்தார் அநேக உண்மைகளை மறைக்கும்படியாகவும், மாற்றிச் சொல்லும்படியாகவும் ஏற்படுவதுண்டு. இப்படிச் செய்யாவிட்டால் தேசத்துக்கு ஹானி உண்டாகும்; அல்லது சட்டத்தை நடத்துவதற்கு அவசியமான ஸர்க்கார் என்ற அமைப்பிலேயே விரிசல் ஏற்பட்டுவிடும். காந்தி மாதிரியானவர்கள் இதெல்லாம்கூடத் தப்பு என்று சொன்னாலும், அப்புறம் நமக்கு ஸ்வதந்திரம் வந்த பிற்பாடு, சில விஷயங்களிலாவது ‘காந்தீயன் ஸத்யம்’ ஒப்புக் கொள்ளாத ‘டிப்ளமஸி’ யை அநுஸரிக்கும்படிதான் ஆகியிருக்கிறது. மத புருஷர்களுக்கெல்லாம் மேலேதான் இப்போதும் காந்தியைத் தூக்கி வைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் செய்கிறது அவர் கொள்கைக்கு வேறாய் இருக்கிறது என்னும்போது ‘ஹிபாக்ரிஸி’ என்ற தோஷம் ஏற்படுகிறது. – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீ சந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள் மொழிகள்

The exigencies of diplomacy may compel the government officials to hide or distort the truth. If this is not done, it may harm the interests of the nation; or the structure of government which is necessary to maintain law and order may develop cracks. Though persons like Gandhi did not approve of such things, after the attainment of our independence, sometimes we are compelled to follow such a diplomacy which may not be compatible with the ‘Gandhian Truth’. Now Gandhi is eulogized more than the religious leaders.
