The event is on Oct 25, 2026. This noble initiative was started by Sri Maha Periyava and the Annabhishekam committee is doing it for 42nd consecutive year with the blessings and Anugrahams of our Kanchi Aacharya’s. The rice after Abhishekam to Swamy will be distributed to devotees and poor as Prasadam.

This year the Annabhishekam Committee is manufacturing new boiler to generate steam rice cooking for Swamy rice Abhishekam of around 3000 kgs as the old vessels have become obsolete as they served for 25+ years.
