Sri Navaneetha Krishnan temple in Tanjore Dt. belonging to Mahabharatha period (more than 5000 years back) renovation is in progress. They have tentatively scheduled Maha Samprokshanam on July 3 subject to availability and completion of renovation work. Wish information about the temple must be authentic. Is it 5000 years old please?
TN has some of the oldest temples. The point is if people can help the temple mgt in some way.
It appears this temple is about 300 years old only.
