Updates from Podili Project

This post is long overdue.

As you remember, we posted about Podili project, which is Periyava’ vision on sanatana gramam. We wanted to contribute towards their ghosala construction in that village and we did some fundraising. Big thanks to all the donors who generously contributed to this initiative.

I had a darshan of Periyav in Secunderabad in Dec where I updated him on what we contributed in a small way from our side. He blessed all the donors. He suggested me to seek some support from others and more specifically from physicians for any support on primary health center they are going to build. I also met others in Secunderabad who are closely involved in Podili project and they showed me lots of photographs of how the project has progressed. On March 20th they did a gruhapravesam for the school etc. In order to make this happen, the ghosala part of the plan was delayed. Another major donor has come forward to own the completion of the ghosala. I am pleased to know that this construction would begin very soon.
