ரிஷிகள் ஏதோ சொந்த அபிப்பிராயத்தில் சொன்னார்கள் என்பதற்காக தர்ம சாஸ்திரத்தை நாம் அநுசரிக்கவில்லை என்பதை எல்லோரும் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். என்றைக்கும் மாறாமல் சாசுவதமாக இருக்கும் ஈசுவர ஆக்ஞையான வேதத்தை அநுசரித்தே ரிஷிகள் இந்த விதிகளை ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதால்தான் இவற்றைப் பின்பற்றுகிறோம். அதை உள்ளபடி ரக்ஷிக்கத்தான் பிரயத்தனப்பட வேண்டுமேயன்றி,  மாறுதல் செய்வதற்கு எனக்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லை.  – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீ சந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகள்

Everyone should understand that we follow Dharma Sastra not because they are Rishi’s own words. We follow only because the rules are formed by Rishis in line with the Vedas which is the command of Eswara. Sri Periyava emphasizes several times in Deivathin Kural the world is running ok only due to a few people doing Veda Rakshanam. It is always heartening to see the children who does all their Anushtanms with a lot of sincerity and dedication when the world is going in opposite direction. Let’s remember it is our duty to support them.
