To preserve and maintain the unyielding cows as long as they are alive without sending them to slaughter houses is a predominant duty for each one of us – a duty equivalent to what we owe towards our own mother. Jaya Jaya Sankara Hara Hara Sankara – While it may seem a routine cow rescue exercise for some of us reading this post, it is a nerve wracking last minute rebirth for many of these voiceless who were rescued from slaughterhouses just before they were about to meet their end cruelly. I would request all of you to watch the video below where a few native breed cows and calves are standing inside the slaughterhouse fretting about their fate in traumatic conditions. We can hear the sound in the background where the butchers are killing another cow in the next room. However Periyava’s Anugraham has to come to the fore in the form of all the monthly contributors which helped us rescue these cows/calves. In the present circumstances when law and order is at its lowest ebb, the only way to save these jeevans is to buy these cows from slaughter houses and in the process educate the butchers to consider showing mercy on these innocent souls by asking them to think about their job they do, and the repercussions that come along with it. Posting a few pictures below so we all get an idea on how life is for these jeevans. As I mentioned above, please keep contributing and spread the word around.
