Thanks to Hari Ramasubbu for sharing this treasure in FB. Apparently Periyava gave this speech in 1962 during India-China border conflict. It seems that AIR radio recently discovered this from their archives. Beautiful speech! Same speech in Tamil is also given (Thanks to Sri Prabhu for sharing this).
