Active Apr.’21 – 97 Cows Rescued

Isn’t it obvious that though the cow secretes milk for the sake of its own calf only, God’s resolution must be that it should stay as a mother by natural means for all of us human beings and offer nourishment with its milk? That motherly affection itself has rendered the cow, a lofty position which is denied to any other animal — the elevation of being considered as Divine as God Himself. The cow is certainly a God indeed. Though she appears to be an animal, the Gho Matha who offers milk like a human mother is nothing but an incarnation of the Divine Sri Matha. While remaining as the Divine Mother who bestows on us all that we wish for, She stands as Kamadenu. Normally cow gives milk. But this Kamadenu cow has originated from the ocean of milk itsef (Parkadal). Sree Matha Herself came down as Gho Matha. This is what Mooka Kavi prays for, in his ‘Panchashathi’; “Oh Mother! Be a Kamadenu for us”, he prays. “Kamadhukha Bhava Kamale Kamakale Kamakoti Kamakshi” –  Jagadguru Chandrasekharendra Saraswathy Swamigal

Jaya Jaya Sankara Hara Hara Sankara – Last month was a busy month with us rescuing cows from several places including my area, slaughter houses, cattle markets before cows were about to be boarded to Kerala, just in time purchase of cows and calves before they were separated for ever. In fact there were a few instances where calves barely a few days old calf were separated from their mothers in the cattle market but we managed to chase and rescue them. Unfortunately there were also instances when we could not do so and could save only the calf/cow. In the pictures below you will see a lot of cows and calves that were united after being separated. Also, there are some pictures where the calves are alone which means we could not manage to unite with their mothers as they were sold and could not be traced. These are very emotional moments for us on the ground and leaves us a depressingly hollow feeling when we could not unite the mother and calves.

Some of the rescued cows and calves are in the pictures below. Many gratitude to all the kind donors who keep this very important dharma running. As I had mentioned several times before, every single penny in this cow rescue effort is tracked closely and strictly utilized for the same.

HERE are the account details for contributing to our cow rescue efforts.

Cows DNA is the only animal DNA which matched to human mothers DNA 98% that’s why we give cows milk to babies after giving mothers milk

    • I spend many hours everyday sitting before my desktop and typing away useless things. I have the skill. But nobody cares. I would like to spend my time earning a decent amount — every penny of which I will donate towards such dharma kaariyam. My humble pension does not measure much after meeting my household expenses. I still have energy strength in my body to work and earn. But who cares? I have prayed so many times before Sri Periyavaa to get me a job so that I can contribute more to dharmic causes. But He is silent.
