With the grace and blessings of Bhagawan and Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam Acharyas, we started a group called “Sri Periyava Kainkaryam” (meaning Sri Periyava Seva) in 2016 with a mission to follow Pujyasri Kanchi Maha Periyava’s key teachings. There are around 300 members in this group.

The core focus areas are: Veda Rakshanam, Gho Matha Samrakshanam including rescuing cows from going for slaughter, Gho Dhanam, Anatha Pretha Samskaram (orphan bodies cremation), Anthima Samskaram (performing last rites to deceased), Ancient Dilapidated Temples Renovation, Supply of oil/flowers to needy temples, Vidhya Dhanam (education to poor), Kannika Dhanam (financially weak marriage support), Anna Dhanam, medical assistance to needy, and other Jeeva Karunya Sevas. Our group is really actionable with razor focus on execution. With Bhagawan and Acharya’s Krupa we have executed 43 Sevas of diverse nature so far.

We want more like minded bakthas to participate in these Dharma Karyams. As a logical next step, we have created a website and a telegram group so interested devotees can participate and contribute their mite towards these noble causes. The details of all our Kainkaryams including the completed ones along with the contribution details has been provided in the below mentioned website.

We will ensure that maximum transparency and visibility is provided to all Periyava Kainkaryam group members by posting relevant information, pictures, and video clips of the Sevas including the bills/receipts of the Sevas.
