Along with Periyava are (L-R) – Sri Veezhinathan mama, some mama from Sri Matam, Sri Vanjinathan mama, Brahmasri Vedapuri mama. I have heard from Veezhinathan mama’s experiences about Vanjinathan mama as someone that Mahaperiyava had lot of regards and this mama was working closely with Mahaperiyava in those days it seems.

Which year sir, did Sri Bala periyaval visit Mudikondan very soon after sanyasa? This picture, in early 1980s when Sri Swamigal might have been around 13,14 years of age.Wa it taken at Mudikondan?
No. The picture was taken in Kanchipuram or kalavai . The photo is currently in Mudikondan.
Namaskarams – Did Mahaperiyavaa advise to keep a glass of water by the side of the head while going to bed? If so, what is the significance of it? I remember having heard it in a video about Mahaperiyavaa experiences but could not locate it.
