I told you that in the present circumstances, such extremities in religious practice, help us in achieving some measure and control. In the initial stages, both our ‘spiritual pursuit’ and ‘measured life’ will not be mature enough. But gradually each will mutually nurture each other and mature. As we go on maturing, we will understand that such ‘measured activity’ will lead us to the mental equipoise which is the Supreme Peaceful State.
