I thought of sharing a rare photo of Mahaperiava’s visit in the 60s to the house of Chennai Gopalapuram Sri Mani Iyer (of Orikkai fame). My parents-in-law were very much devoted to Mahaperiava and they had the fortune to be in this photo in the company of Mahaperiava. Late Sri Narayanaswamy Iyer (father of Sri Mani Iyer) is the maternal uncle of my late father-in-law Sri P. Madhavan. I owe my thanks to Sri Mani Iyer for sparing this rare photo to me.
