Offences are of two types – Civil and Criminal. Most of the civil cases pertain to cheating and fraud. In other words, persons are imprisoned in civil cases for not following the path of Truth. Hence if a person should not go to prison as dictated by the rules of Aacharam, he should follow the other common virtue of Truth (Sathiyam). Generally such untruthful cheating will be to rob someone of his property.
