RightMantra Sundar – a name that almost everyone in the spiritual path would have known – particularly Mahaperiyava devotees he died of a road accident. Along with you this is the second incident in recent times I am seeing great devotees lost life in road accidents. Although I dont have any additional info on this particularly accident, let us all be careful while driving any vehicle – particularly wear helmets and avoid night driving.
A staunch periyava devotee, who dedicated his life purely for Hinduism, at a young age has now left this world to a better place. He had posted lots of rare articles and photographs of in his site …Let Mahaswami bless the departed soul.

I am shocked i am reader but could not open the site for the past few months today only just i went through and shocked and grieved over the unfortunate demise let his soul may rest in peace
I am deeply grieved to learn the sad demise of our loving RightMantra Sundar.

I just came back after a visit to Tamil Nadu.Went for Maha Periyava’s darshan in the early morning after visiting several temples in Kanchipuram the day before. On the way back in the bus, I saw an accident that happen in the highway. A motorcyclist was bleeding heavily on the head and seems to have a seizure, he wasn’t wearing a helmet. This is the second accident I saw in my visit. Nobody is wearing helmets while riding their motorbikes, worst of all there are husband with wife and two children, one on front and another at the back with the mother. Maha Periyava’s blessings is always there for all who seek Him sincerely but we are responsible for our own actions and safety. There is so so many accidents waiting to happen… proper safety measures should be implemented by the Tamil Nadu government for all motorists before more innocent lives are lost. Maha Periyava’s blessings is most needed to change the mentality of the Tamil Nadu people about safe riding to start with Tamil Nadu itself, so that other states will follow Tamil Nadu as an examples. Maha Periyava Sharanam!

ரைட் மந்திரா உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் வாசகர்களுக்கு ஒரு அதிர்ச்சி தகவல். நம் சுந்தர் அவர்கள் மற்ற நண்பர்களுடன் சதுரகிரி யாத்திரை நேற்று புறப்பட்டார்கள். மதுரை அருகே கார் சென்ற பொது விபத்துக்கு உள்ளாகி சுந்தர் அவர்கள் அவ்விடத்திலேயே உயிரிழந்தார்கள். கார் ஓட்டுனரும் உயிரழந்தார். உடன் சென்ற நம் நண்பர்கள் 4 பேருக்கு பலத்த காயம். தற்போது சுந்தர்ஜி உடல் மதுரை பொது மருத்துவமனையில் போஸ்ட் மார்ட்டம் செய்ய ஆவண நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. யாரும் தயவு செய்து அங்கிருப்பவர்களை தொலைபேசியில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு கேட்க வேண்டாம். நம் நண்பர்கள் 4-5 பேர் மட்டும் உடன் இருந்து அயராது உழைத்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். அன்னாரது தூய உடல் அவர் வசிக்கும் ஐய்யப்பன்தாங்கல் வீட்டிற்கு வந்தவுடன் கண்டிப்பாக பதிவு செய்யகிறோம். இன்றைய நாள் நம் அனைவருக்கும் ஒரு கருப்பு நாள். நம் ஒளி நம்மை விட்டு இறைவன் அடி சேர்ந்து விட்டது. நம் எல்லோருக்கும் உலகத்துக்கே ஒரு பேரிழப்பாகும். தற்போது அவரை பிரிந்து வாடும் அவர்கள் குடும்பத்திற்கும் , நண்பர்களுக்கும், மேலும் அவரின் ஆன்மா இறைவனடி சேரவும் நம் எல்லோரும் பிரார்த்தனையில் இருப்போம். பிரார்த்தனை ஒன்றே சுந்தர் அவர்களின் உயிர்

I am a regular (daily reader) of his postings in Right Mantra.com. Am unable to digest this news. I pray Almighty to give enough strength to his aged parents.
Unfortunate God has taken away our friend by a freek of Accident… I pray god atleast allow his intention and wishes as narated by him and thought by him for the welfare of Hindus and devotees can be blesssed to be continued.
In this case I too wish to add advise all the 2 wheeler riders to be more care full in driving and ensure wearing helmet without fail while riding…..
Just to share today I am able to pass on this message with Gods Grace since I was wearing helmet when I met with an accident in June 2015.. It is Not Joke or exagirated I hit the Road side divider near kasi Theatre on Adyar Bridge and along with Sccoter fall down from the Bridge almost 12 Feet Hight and the First Hit was to Head and the same was safe since I Had helmet!!!!..
I pray Periyava to give enough strength to his family members to bear this loss! It is indeed sad for the people who are left behind! May his soul rest in peace.

Rest in peace is a Christian concept. Hindus are either reborn or merge at the lotus feet of God.
Sri Sundar may have attained the lotus feet of Maha Periava.
Extremely disturbed to hear that a good soul moved on leaving his near and dear ones.

பரீக்ஷித்து என்று ஒரு வேந்தன். அவர் வீரஅபிமன்யுவின் மகன். மிகவும் நல்லவர். அர்ஜுனன் பேரன் என்றால் கெட்டவனாக இருக்க முடியுமா? உத்தமமானவர். அவர் சேரிகளுக்குப் போவார்.
”சேரிவாழ் மக்களே! குடி தண்ணீர் கிணறு வெட்டுகிற பணம் முழுவதும் வந்ததா? இல்லையா? தேங்கித் தேங்கி வந்ததா? வியாபாரிகளெல்லாம் நேர்மையாக வியாபாரம் செய்கிறார்களா? உத்தியோகஸ்தர்கள் எல்லாம் லஞ்சம் வாங்காமல் நேர்மையாக நடக்கிறார்களா? பள்ளிக்கூட அட்மிஷனுக்குக் கவர் கொடுக்காமலே அட்மிஷன் கிடைக்கிறதா? அந்தந்தக் கோவில் சொத்துக்களையெல்லாம் ஒழுங்காகச் செலவழிக்கிறார்களா?” என்று மந்திரிகளைக் கேட்பார்.
ஏழைகளுக்காக உழைக்கும் உத்தமருடைய முகத்தில் துளிக்கும் வியர்வை சிறந்த தீர்த்தமாகும்.
உங்களுக்குக் குளிக்க முடியவில்லையானால் கை காலைக் கழுவிக் கொண்டு, திரு நீறு இட்டுக்கொண்டு படுக்கையில் படுத்துக்கொண்டே பக்தி செய்யலாம்.
கந்த சஷ்டியில் முருகப் பெருமானைக் குறித்து விரதம் இருந்தால் அகப்பையில் அவன் திருவடி வரும் என்று பொருள்.
முக்திக்கு வழி எது?
பக்தி!!!
நீங்களெல்லோரும் நாளையிலிருந்து என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்? பக்தி செய்ய வேண்டும். பக்தி என்றால் அன்பு. ஆண்டவனிடத்தில் அன்பு செய்ய வேண்டும். ஆண்டவனிடத்தில் அன்பாக உள்ளத்தை பதிய வைக்க வேண்டும்.
ஒரு உதாரணம் சைவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகின்றேன். ”ஓம் சிவாய நம” என்பதை விட ஒரு மகாமந்திரம் கிடையாது.
பாடற்கினிய வாக்களிக்கும் பாலுஞ்சோறும் பரிந்தளிக்கும்
கூடற்கினிய அடியவர்தம் கூட்டமளிக்கும் குணமளிக்கும்
ஆடற்கினிய நெஞ்சே! நீ அஞ்சேல்என்மேல் ஆணைகண்டாய்
தேடற்கரிய திருவளிக்கும் சிவாயநம என்றிடுநீறே.

மற்ற மதத்தவர்களும் அவரவர்கள் தெய்வங்களின் மகா மந்திரங்களைத் தினசரி சொல்லி ஜெபசித்தி பெற வேண்டும். நீங்கள் எல்லாம் கடைத்தேற வேண்டும் என்ற கருணையோடு சொல்லுகிறேன்; நித்திய வாழ்க்கையில் ரயிலில் போகிறபோதும், பஸ்ஸில் போகிற போதும், காரில் போகிறபோதும், சைக்கிளில் போகிறபோதும், அல்லது எந்த வாகனத்தில் பிரயாணம் செய்யும் போதெல்லாம் எத்தனைக்கெத்தனை மகா மந்திரங்களை விடாமல் சொல்லிக்கொண்டே வந்தீர்களானால் அத்தனைக் கத்தனை மகா மந்திரம் கடைசியாக உங்கள் ஆத்மா பிரியும்போது ஒரு தொகையாக வரும்.
நீங்கள் திருப்பதிக்கு நேர்ந்திருக்கிறீர்கள் என்று வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். தினம் உண்டிகட்டி போட்ட சின்னசிறு, சிறுதொகையை போட்டு வைத்திருந்தாலும் நீங்கள் சில ஆண்டு கழித்து திருப்பதிக்குப் போகிறபோது ரூ.7000- ரூ.8000 என சேர்ந்து விடும் தானே! ஒவ்வொரு இழையாகச் சேர்ந்துதானே பதினெட்டு முழம் புடவையாகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு துளியாக ஊசிபோல் விழுந்த மழைத்துளி தானே ஏரி நிறை நீராகிறது. சிறுதுளி மழையாகப் பெய்தது தானே பெரும் வெள்ளமாக ஒடி வருகிறது. இப்படி உவமை சொன்னால் உங்களுக்கு விளங்கும். அப்படி தினசரி வாழ்க்கையில் மகாமந்திரத்தைக் கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாகச் சொன்னால் அது உங்கள் ஆத்மா பிரியும் கடைசி நேரத்தில் ஒரு தொகையாக வந்து உங்களுக்கு உதவும். அப்போது தெய்வம் உங்கள் முன்னே வரும். அந்த தெய்வத்தினுடைய சாந்தித்தியம் உண்டாகும்.
இப்பொழுதே, நல்ல நினைவு இருக்கிற பொழுதே, இறைவனுடைய மகாமந்திரங்களைச் சொல்லிச் சொல்லி ஜெபசித்தி உண்டாக்கிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். மகாத்மா காந்தி அவர்கள் உண்ணாவிரதம் பல தடவை இருந்தார்கள். ஆனால் பிராத்தனை, ஜெபம் செய்யாமல் ஒரு நாளும் இருந்ததில்லை. அவருடைய ஆத்மா பிரியும்போது ‘ஹரேராம்!’ என்று சொல்லி உயிர்நீத்துப் பரகதி அடைந்தார்.
நாம் இவ்வுலகில் பிறந்தது உண்டு, உறங்கி, இவ்வுலக போக பாக்கியங்களை அனுபவிப்பதற்கு மட்டும் அல்ல; நித்திய வாழ்க்கையில் உண்ணும்போதும், இறைவனுடைய திருநாமத்தையே பக்தி செய்து கொண்டிருந்தால், இறைவனுடைய சாலோக சாமீப சாரூப சாயுஜ்ய மாகிய முக்திப் பேற்றை அடைவது நிச்சயம் என்பதனை ஞாபகப்படுத்துகிறேன். நாம் இம் மானிட தேகம் அடைந்தது பத்தி செய்து முத்தி அடைய என்பதனை ஓர்க. பலகாலும் சிந்தித்து உணர்க. உணர்ந்து உணர்ந்து உய்க.
ஒருவனுடைய தலையை ஒரு பயில்வான் தண்ணீருக்குள் அழுத்தி பிடிக்கும்போது அவன் மூச்சுத் திணறி தனது தலையை மேலே தூக்க எத்தனை வேகம் இருக்கமோ அத்தனை வேகம் முத்தியில் இருக்க வேண்டும். எல்லோரும் பக்தி நெறியுடன் வாழ எங்கும் நிறைந்த ஆண்டவனை வேண்டி இத்துடன் பூர்த்தி செய்கிறேன். ஆதலால் எல்லோரும் முத்தி தாகத்துடன் பக்தி செய்து முத்தி நலம் பெறுக.
பக்தி நெறி ஓங்குக! முத்தி நலம் விளைக!!

First point, it is definitely not a SAD news. If someone is relieved from this material world, it is an achievement for them. It is certainly a good news. He is retired from the current life, let’s pray for his next life. Although, it is true that he is no more in the current body, yet, he is moving towards his next life. Just like we progress from one phase of life to another, he is growing from this life to another.
I might sound rude for his lovable people (or) his loving people, yet, I’m happy for his tenure in this life. Please excuse me if i’m hurting anyone’s feelings.

You are absolutely right. I don’t see any hurt here. What you have stated is the Truth.
But the mode of passing away also matters. People’s pathos here is due to his mode of passing away rather than passing away per se.
