வாயினால் உன்னைப் பரவிடும் அடியேன் படுதுயர் களைவாய் பாசுபதா பரஞ்சுடரே!

“பேசும் தெய்வம்”

மிக எளிய திருஉரு கொண்டு நம்மிடையே சாட்சாத் சர்வேஸ்வரரே சுகப்பிரம்மரிஷி அவர்களின் தவயோக மேன்மையோடு அவதாரம் செய்து நம்மையெல்லாம் பெரும் பாக்யசாலிகளாக்கி தன் அபார கருணையினால் ஆட்கொண்டு ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளெனும் புண்ணிய அனுக்ரஹ மழை பொழிந்தருளுகிறார்.

ஆங்கரையை சார்ந்த சாத்தூர் சுப்ரமணியன் என்கிற சங்கீத வித்வான் அவர்களின் இல்லத்தில் நடந்த அபூர்வ சம்பவம் இது. திரு சாத்தூர் சுப்பிரமணியனின் தாயாருக்கு ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளிடம் அசையாத பக்தி. ஒருமுறை தன் இல்லத்தில் கோடி ராம நாம ஜபம் செய்ய ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தார். சங்கல்பம் செய்து ராமநாம ஜபம் ஆரம்பித்தாயிற்று. ஆனாலும் ராம ஜபம் செய்ய அந்த ஊரில் அத்தனை பக்தர்கள் கூடி வரவில்லை. தினமும் வந்த சொற்ப நபர்களை கொண்டு ராம நாம ஜபம் நடந்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது.

ஆரம்பித்த இரண்டு மூன்று நாட்களாக வந்து ராமஜபத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட ஒரு மாமி ஏனோ திடீரென்று அடக்கமாட்டாமல் அன்று விசும்பி விசும்பி அழலானாள். சுப்பிரமணியனின் தாயாருக்கு அந்த மாமியின் இச்செயல் சற்று அச்சத்தையும் மெலிதான வருத்தத்தையும் உண்டாக்கியது.

“ஏன் அழறே” என்று அந்த மாமியை ஆறுதலாக கேட்ட போது, “எப்படி சொல்றதுன்னே புரியலை மாமி” என்றபடி அந்த மாது தன் அனுபவத்தை விவரமாக கூறினாள்.

அந்த மாமிவீட்டில் நவராத்திரி பூஜைகள் நிறைவாக நடந்திருந்தது. விஜயதசமி முடிந்தபின் கொலுவில் வாய்த்த பொம்மைகளை திரும்பவும் பாதுகாப்பாக துணிகளில் சுற்றி எடுத்து வைத்தபோது அதில் ஒரு பொம்மையை மட்டும் பரண்மேல் வைக்க வேண்டாமென்று அந்த மாமி நினைத்தாள். அதற்கான காரணம் இருந்தது. அந்த பொம்மை தூய துறவியாம் ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளின் திருஉருவமாயிருந்தாலும், மிகவும் அழுக்கேறிய நிலையில் இருந்ததால், அதை அப்படியே சுற்றி வைத்துவிட்டால் அடுத்த வருடமும் அதே நிலையில் கொலுவில் வைக்க வேண்டியிருக்குமாதலால், அழுக்கை அகற்றி பார்க்கலாமென்று மாமி நினைத்திருக்கலாம். அதனால் அந்த ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பொம்மை மட்டும் விடப்பட்டு கொலுவிற்கு பிறகும் வீட்டு கூடத்தின் அலமாரியில் அனுக்கிரஹித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது.

நவராத்திரி முடிந்த சில நாட்களில் சாத்தூர் வீட்டில் கோடி ராம நாம ஜபம் ஆரம்பத்தில் இந்த மாமி அங்கு சென்று வந்துக்கொண்டிருந்தாள். தன் வீட்டிற்குள் நுழைந்த போது மாமியின் காதில் ஒரு அதிசயமான குரல் ஒலித்தது. கூர்ந்து கவனித்தபோது “என்னை சாத்தூர் ஆத்திலே கொண்டு விட்டுடு” என்பதாக அது கேட்டது. யார் பேசுவது என்ற திகைப்போடு மாமி குரல் வந்த இடத்தைப் பார்க்க அங்கே ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளின் பொம்மையை தவிர வேறு யாருமில்லாதலால் மாமிக்கு வியப்பும் அச்சமுமாக இருந்தது.

சரி ஏதோ மனப்பிரமையாக இருக்குமென்று மாமி முதலில் அதை பொருட்படுத்தவில்லைதான். ஆனால் அடுத்தநாள் அதற்கடுத்த நாள் என்று மாமி கோடி ராம ஜபத்தில் கலந்துகொண்டு சாத்தூர் வீட்டிலிருந்து வந்தபோதெல்லாம் அந்த பொம்மை “என்னை சாத்தூர் ஆத்திலே கொண்டு விட்டுடு” என்று குரல் கொடுப்பது மிக தெளிவாக கேட்டபோது மாமிக்கு இது மனோபிரம்மையல்ல என்பதும், நிஜமாகவே ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பதுமை பேசுவதும் ஊர்ஜிதமானது.

என்ன செய்வதென்று தோன்றாமல் மாமி குழம்பிக் கொண்டிருக்க இரண்டு மூன்று நாட்களில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பொம்மையிலிருந்து இப்படி கேட்பது மெல்ல அதிகரித்து நாள் பூராவிலும் அந்த தெய்வீக பொம்மை தன்னை சாத்தூர் வீட்டில் கொண்டு போய் வைக்கச் சொல்லி கேட்பது நிரந்தரமாக காதில் ஒலித்துக் கொண்டே இருப்பது போலானது.

இந்த நிலையில்தான் மாமி அன்று சாத்தூர் ஆத்திற்கு வந்தபோது இதை நினைத்து அழலானாள். இப்படி ஒரு பொம்மை பேசுகிறதென்றால் யாராவது நம்பப் போகிறார்களா; இதை சொல்லாமல் பொம்மையை இங்கு கொண்டு வந்து உங்கள் ஆத்தில் இருக்கட்டும் என்றால் அதை இயல்பாக ஏற்றுக் கொள்வார்களா; மேலும் ஒரு புதிய அழகான பொம்மையாயிருந்தாலும் வைத்துக் கொள்ள தயக்கம் காட்டாதிருக்க வாய்ப்புண்டு; இப்படி தானே தன் வீட்டின் கொலுவில் வைக்க ஒப்பாமல் அழுக்காய் காணப்படும் பொம்மையை மற்றவர்கள் எப்படி தங்கள் வீட்டில் வைத்துக்கொள்ள சம்மதிப்பார்கள்? இப்படி காதில் ஒலித்துக்கொண்டேயிருக்கும் பெரியவா குரலுக்கு எப்படித்தான் வழி செய்வது? மாமியின் மனதில் எழுந்த பல்வேறு சிந்தனைகளால் செய்வதறியாத நிலையில்தான் அன்று அவள் அழ நேரிட்டது.

சாத்தூர் சுப்ரமணியன் அவர்களின் அம்மா ஆறுதலாக கேட்டதில் மாமி நடந்தவைகளையெல்லாம் விவரித்து தான் குழம்பிக்கொண்டிருந்த காரணத்தையும் விளக்கியபோது, ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளெனும் பிரம்மஞானி எங்கும் வியாபித்தருளுவதில் சற்றும் சந்தேகம் கொள்ளாத மனப்பக்குவதோடு.

“அடி அசடே! அந்த பொம்மைக்குள்ளே இருந்து உன்கிட்டே பேசினது சாட்சாத் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாள்தான்னு உனக்கு நம்பிக்கையா தோணலையா? ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இங்கே வந்து ராமநாம ஜபம் கேட்கணும்னு ஆசை படறா….அதுக்கு உடனே ஏற்பாடு பண்றேன்” என்று சாத்தூர் மாமி கூறியதோடு, சகல மரியாதையோடு சாட்சாத் ஈஸ்வரரே உயிரூட்டியிருந்த ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹாபெரியவாள் பொம்மையை தங்கள் இல்லத்திற்கு அழைத்து பெரும்பாக்யமடைந்தனர்.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பொம்மை சாத்தூர் ஆத்திற்கு வந்து சேர்ந்ததோடு மாமியின் காதில் சதாசர்வகாலமும் விடாமல் ஒலித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது எப்படியோ மாயமாக நின்று போனது.

இது ஒரு அதிசயமென்றால், சாத்தூர் வீட்டில் கோடி ராமநாம ஜபம் அதுவரை பக்தர்கள் சொற்பமாக வந்ததில் மிகவும் நிதானமாக நடந்துகொண்டிருக்க, ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளே எழுந்தருளியவுடன் எங்கிருந்தோ பக்தர்கள் திரளாக வர தொடங்க கோடி நாம ஜபம் தெய்வீகமாக நிறைந்தேறியது.

பரமேஸ்வரரின் பரமபக்தர்

எப்பேற்பட்ட மகான்! அவா செஞ்ச தியாகத்திற்கு நாம என்ன செய்யறோம்? என்ற உறுத்தலோடு ஒரு பெரியவா பக்தர், வேறொரு எளிய பக்தரின் பெருமையை கூற ஆரம்பித்தார்.

ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவா வடக்கே பாத யாத்திரையாக 1980-களில் சஞ்சாரம் செய்ய கிளம்பியபோது, ஆந்திராவில் ஒரு பௌர்ணமி நாளில் அப்பேற்பட்ட ஈஸ்வரருக்கு ஷவரம் செய்து முடிகளை அகற்ற தெலுங்குகாரனான அந்த நாவிதருக்கு பெரும்பேறு கிட்டியது. அதே ஊரிலோ அதற்கடுத்த பகுதியிலோ ஈஸ்வரர் புனித பயணத்திலிருக்க அடுத்தடுத்த பௌர்ணமி நாட்களிலும் இந்த நாவிதரையே ஸ்ரீ மடத்தில் அழைத்து ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா சேவைக்கு அருளப்படுவதாக அமையலாயிற்று.

ஒரு விநாடி அருட்பார்வையே பக்தர்களை ஆட்கொள்ள போதுமென்றபோது, ஸ்ரீ மகானை ஸ்பரிசித்து கொண்டு செய்யும் பாக்யம் பெற்ற நாவிதரின் நிலை எப்படியாகும்? மிகவும் பாமர மனத்தோடு முதலில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளுக்கு கைங்கர்யம் செய்யும் மகத்துவத்தை புரியாத நிலையில் இருந்தவருக்கு மாதம்தோறும் இந்த திருப்பணி கிட்டியதில், ஈஸ்வரர் இவரை ஈர்த்து ஆட்கொண்டுவிட்டதில் வியப்பில்லை.

நாளாக ஆக, வெறும் பணிவிடைக்காக வருவது போலில்லாமல், இந்த நாவிதர் பூர்ண பக்தியோடு வரும்நிலை ஏற்படலாயிற்று. அப்படி வரும்போது ஸ்ரீ பெரியவளுக்காக ஏழ்மை பக்தர் எதை கொண்டு வர முடியும்? ஒரு மூட்டை நிறைய புற்று மண், மாங்குச்சி என ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா உபயோகிக்க மூன்று வஸ்துக்களை கொண்டு வந்து, முடி இறக்கும் பணி செய்துவிட்டு விடை பெறுவார்.

இப்போது ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவா வடக்கேயிருந்து திரும்ப காஞ்சி க்ஷேத்திரம் வந்தாயிற்று. தெலுங்கு தேசத்திலிருந்து நாவிதர் காஞ்சி வருவதும் தொடர்ந்தது.

இப்படி வந்த அவர் மனதில் ஒரு தாழ்வு மனப்பான்மை எழலாயிற்று. ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் அபார அன்பினால் எழுந்த எண்ணம் அது. எப்போதும் தான் கொண்டுவரும் புற்று மண்ணை ஒரு அழுக்கான துணியில் கட்டி அதோடு மாங்குச்சியை வைத்து ஒரு தட்டில் இவர் ஒரு ஓரமாக வைத்துவிடுவார். ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளெனும் பரமேஸ்வரர் சன்னதியில் அவர் விரும்பாமலேயே பக்தர்கள் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் உயரிய பழவகைகள், முந்திரி, பிஸ்தா பருப்பு, விலை உயர்ந்த சால்வைகள், தங்க நாணயங்கள் என தட்டுக்களின் அணிவரிசைகளுக்கிடையே, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளெனும் ஏழை பங்காளனுக்கு நாவிதர் சமர்பித்துச் செல்லும் அழுக்கு மூட்டையே உயர்வாக அமையும்.

இதை அறியாத பேதைமையோடு, தன உள்ளத்தில் மிகவும் ஒரு தாழ்வான உணர்ச்சி ஏற்படுத்திக்கொண்ட நாவிதருக்கு பெரிய ஆதங்கம் உண்டானது. அந்த முறை வந்து சென்றபோது அடுத்த தரிசனத்திற்கு இப்படித்தான் வரவேண்டுமென்று தீர்மானித்தார்.

அவர் அடுத்தமுறை பௌர்ணமிக்கு வந்தபோது எல்லோரையும் போல அவர் புற்றுமண் வைத்திருந்த தட்டில் விலை உயர்ந்த பழங்கள், தேங்காய், திராட்சை என நிறைந்திருக்க, அதோடு கூட ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளும் காணப்பட்டன. இவைகள் அந்த ஏழை நாவிதரின் உயரிய பக்தியின் வெளிப்பாடாக இருந்தன.

இருந்தாலும் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா முன்னிலையில் இவைகள் சமர்பிக்கப்பட்ட போது ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடமிருந்து இப்படி ஒரு சந்தேக கேள்வி எழுந்தது.

“ஏன் இன்னிக்கு அந்த தெலுங்கர் வரலையோ” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா கேட்க, கைங்கர்யம் செய்பவர்கள் சமர்பிக்கப்பட்ட தட்டை காட்டினார்.

“இது அவர் எப்பவும் கொண்டு வந்து வைக்கற மாதிரி தெரியலையே” என்று பக்தரை பிரத்யேகமாக அங்கீகரிக்கவே கேட்பது போல ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா வினவ, அப்போதுதான் உண்மை வெளிப்பட்டது.

“உனக்கேது அத்தனை பணம்?” என்று முன்னேவந்து நின்ற நாவிதரை கேட்டு, மகான் அவனது மேன்மையான பக்தியை வெளிகொணர்ந்தார்.

நாவிதர் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளுக்காக எல்லோரையும் போல கொண்டு போக முடியவில்லையே என்பதால், தெரு ஓரத்தில் இரண்டு குழந்தை, மனைவியோடு வாழ்ந்து வந்த குடிசை வீட்டை விற்றுவிட்டு, குடும்பத்தை தங்க இடமில்லாமல் விட்டுவிட்டு, தன் நிலைமைக்கு எட்டாத வஸ்துக்களையும், மங்கள திரவியங்களையும் வாங்கி மீதமிருந்த நூற்றி ஐம்பது ரூபாய்களையும் தட்டில் சமர்பித்திருப்பது அப்போதுதான் அங்கிருந்த அணைத்து பக்தர்களுக்கும் தெரியலாயிற்று.

குடும்பத்தையே தெருவில் நிறுத்திவிட்டு, இப்படி தன் உடைமைகள் யாவையும் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் கொண்ட பக்திக்காக சமர்ப்பித்து நிற்கும் நாவிதரின் பக்தி மேன்மையை அனைவரும் அறிய செய்த கருணைக்கடலாம் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா, அந்த பக்தருக்கு ஒரு நிரந்தரமான வீடு கட்டித்தரும்படி உத்தரவிட்டு மேலும் பேரின்பவீடும் அருளுவார் என்பதை சொல்லவும் வேண்டுமா?

இந்த சம்பவத்தை விவரித்த பக்தரிடம் நான் “ஆகா! அந்த நாவிதர் பெரும் பாக்யம் பண்ணினவர்” என்று சிலாகித்தபோதுதான் அவர் சொன்னார். “இப்படி சொல்லியே நாம தப்பிச்சுக்கறோம்….நாம கடை தேறணும்னு அவா வாழ்நாளெல்லாம் தியாகம் செஞ்சதுக்கு பிரதி உபகாரமா என்ன செய்யறோம்” என்று ஆதங்கப்பட்டார்.

இந்த உறுத்தலோடு நாம் அந்த மகா புனிதரிடம் கொள்ளும் பக்தி நமக்கெல்லாம் சர்வ மங்களங்களோடு, சகல ஐஸ்வர்யங்களையும் அள்ளி வழங்கும்!

“Talking God”

Sakshat Parameshwara Himself with the greatness of Sukha Brahmarishi incarnated as Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava and has been showering His blessings to all of us.

This miraculous incident happened in the residence of Sattur Subramanian, who belongs to Angarai. Sri. Sattur Subramanian’s mother had unparalleled devotion towards Sri Maha Periyava. He had arranged for Koti Rama Nama Japam in his house. They did sankalpam and started with the Japam. But, not many people turned up for Rama Japam. Every day, only few people came for Rama Japam.

For the first two days after the Japam started, one lady took part in it but started crying uncontrollably. Subramanian’s mother became worried after seeing this lady crying.

“Why are you crying?” she asked in a consoling tone

“I don’t know how to say it, Aunty!” saying so, that lady started explaining her situation.

In that lady’s house, Navarathri poojai had happened in a grand manner. After Vijayadasami, she took all the idols except one and kept it in loft. She thought she would not keep that idol in the loft for a specific reason. That idol was Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava’s but had lot of dirt in it and also the paint had gone in it. So, she was thinking that if it kept in the loft, it cannot be fixed for next year golu. She also decided to remove the dirt and fix the idol and also kept the idol in a shelf in their hall.

Few days after Navarathri got over, Koti Rama Nama Japam started and she was attending it. When she returned home, she started hearing an astonishing voice. When she listened to it with attention, she heard “Leave me at Sattur’s house.” She started looking towards the direction of that voice and found that there was only Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava’s idol and no one else were there.

She thought it must delusion of her mind and did not concentrate much on it. But, she started hearing the voice every day with it saying, “Leave me at Sattur’s house.” Now, she decided that it is not her delusion and actually the idol is talking.

When she did not know what to do and was confused, in the next couple of days the voice started saying that the entire day. This is the reason why that lady was crying in Sattur’s house when she came for Rama Nama Japam.

Would anyone believe that an idol is talking? Without saying that, if she brings and keeps Periyava’s idol for Japam, would they accept it? Also, if it is a new idol, they might accept it without any hesitation; but this idol which is already an old one, how would they accept it inside their house? She was confused now on how to address this situation and she started crying there.

But, Subramanian’s mother, who had the conviction that Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava, a brahma gnani can be omnipresent started convincing the lady by saying,

“Hey! It is indeed Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava who spoke through that idol. Don’t you believe in that? Sri Periyava wants to listen to the Rama Nama Japam here. Will make necessary arrangements for that” told Subramanian’s mother and brought Sri Periyava’s idol to their house with lot of respect.

After Sri Periyava’s idol was kept in Sattur’s house, that lady stopped hearing that voice altogether.

If this is a miracle, after Sri Periyava came for Rama Nama Japam, lot of people started attending that event and were able to complete it successfully.

Ardent Devotee of Parameshwara

“What a great Mahan! What are we doing in return to Him for all the sacrifice He did?” a devotee was thinking. He started explaining another devotee’s greatness.

When Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava started doing Pada Yatra towards North India in 1980s, during a Pournami day in Andhra, a barber got an opportunity to perform shaving for Iswara. It so happened that he got this opportunity whenever Sri Periyava was in that place or somewhere closer to that place.

When Sri Periyava’s look itself would attract devotees, can we imagine what would be the situation of this person who can touch Sri Periyava? When he started doing this activity, he did not realize the importance and significance but slowly he realized when he continued doing it every month.

After few days, instead of coming there mechanically and to do his activity, he started coming there with total devotion. While coming what can he bring? He started bringing a bag of Softearth thrown up by white ants, mango tree sticks that Sri Periyava uses. He would do his activity, pray to Sri Periyava and leave the place.

Now, Sri Periyava reached Kanchipuram from North India. This person kept coming to Kanchipuram as well. Now, he started feeling inferior about himself. He usually keeps the sand and those sticks in a torn cloth and keep it in a corner. Even though Sri Periyava’s other devotees kept plates full of fruits, cashews, pista and costly shawls, Sri Periyava would think very highly of those that this barber kept.

Without realizing this, he started feeling bad about Himself and decided that when he comes next time, he should also bring all these costly stuff. When he came for Pournami next time, he kept fruits, coconuts, dried grapes and also kept money along with his usual stuff.

When they were kept in front of Sri Periyava, He questioned, “Didn’t that Telugu person come today?” and His assistants showed that plate.

“This does not look like the stuff that he usually keeps” when Sri Periyava asked this, people started realizing the truth.

“How did you get this much money?” asked Sri Periyava when that person came forward. This whole incident was to bring out the true devotion in him. Actually, that person, as he was unable to bring all those costly stuff like other devotees, he sold his small hut, where he was living with his wife and two kids. Now, they did not have a place to stay. But, he got all these stuff with that money for Sri Periyava and kept the remaining 150 rupees in that plate.

Sri Periyava after bringing out his true devotion for all of His other devotees to understand, also ordered a permanent house to be built for him. Should we say that He would take care of this devotee in his after life as well?

When they said, “How fortunate that person was?” the devotee who explained this incident told, “We are escaping by saying this; what are we doing in return to Sri Periyava who sacrificed His entire life for our betterment and upliftment”

It is evident that our bhakthi and complete surrender to Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava would grant us all prosperity and happiness!
