First please accept my apologies for posting this bit late. I got this information at least a month ago but it took some time for me to talk to concerned people to understand the context better.

As we all know that the kumbabishekam for Kamakshi Amman Temple has been finalized for Feb 9, 2017. I saw a beautiful video of temple pundits giving the first invitation to HH Pudhu Periyava – unable to locate that video now. All the kumbabishekam work seems to be going well. On this same date, it has been decided that a Lalita trisati gold mala is adorned to Goddess Kamakshi. I talked to Sri Suresh Sthanikar of Kamakshi amman temple (Ph +919791545422). I am given to understand that they already have received sponsors for little over 200 namavalis. They are still trying to get sponsors for the rest. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to give our small contribution to Goddess Kamakshi. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please reach out to Sri Suresh for more details.
