வஸந்த காலம் போல உலக நலனைப் பண்ணியபடி உலாவுகிறார்களாம் மஹான்கள். வஸந்தம் என்று ஒன்று கண்ணுக்குத் தெரிகிறதோ? சந்திரனாவது தெரிகிறது. மஹான்கள் தங்களை இப்படிக் காட்டிக் கொள்வதுகூட இல்லை! ஆனாலும் வஸந்தம் வந்தால் தன்னால் தென்றல் ஹிதமாக வீசுகிறது. புஷ்ப ஜாதிகள், மல்லிகை முக்யமாக, எங்கே பார்த்தாலும் மலர்ந்து கம்மென்று வாசனை வீசுகின்றன. மா முதலான பழங்கள் குலுங்க ஆரம்பிக்கின்றன. சிசிர ருது என்கிற பின்பனிகாலத்தில் இலையை உதிர்த்துவிட்டு நின்ற மரமெல்லாம் வஸந்தம் வந்ததும், அதற்குப் பச்சைக் கொடி காட்டுகிறது போல பச்சைப்பசேல் என்று தளிர் விடுகின்றன இப்படித்தான் இந்த சரீரத்திலிருக்கும்போதே ‘தான் பிரம்மம்’ என்று தெரிந்து கொண்டுவிட்ட ஜீவன்முக்தனும்கூட unconscious-ஆக (தன்னுடைய புத்தி பூர்வமாக இல்லாமலே), unnoticed ஆக (தன்னைக் காட்டிக் கொள்ளாமலே) லோக ஹிதத்தை உண்டாக்குகிறான் என்று இப்படி இருந்து காட்டிய ஆசார்யாளே, unself- conscious ஆக (தன்னைப்பற்றிச் சொல்லிக் கொள்கிறோம் என்ற நினைப்பேயில்லாமல்) சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்! – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்

Great souls are like the season of spring in promoting the welfare of the world. Spring is invisible unlike the moon. Likewise enlightened souls cannot be easily identified. But with the advent of spring, breeze is felt and flowers bloom everywhere, spreading their fragrance. Trees like mango bear fruits. Trees which had shed their leaves during winter burst into green tender leaves, as though waving a welcoming green flag to the spring. Likewise, the Jeevan Muktha, still living in this earthly body and has realized that he is none other than the divine Brahmam promotes the welfare of the world unnoticed and unconsciously.
