Not only the physical diseases but the thoughts of the mind are also infectious. Nowadays, even Science says that the manifestation of the brain as thoughts is in the form of electric current; this thought power has the capacity to affect others as well. So when we keep our body and mind pure we are helping others to maintain their physical and mental health – atleast we are not harming these two. Instead of sitting down to directly cleanse the mind, it is better to involve oneself in all or some of the different forms of philanthropy I have enlisted.
