On behalf of the Chicagoland devotees, I have a great pleasure in inviting Mahaperiyava (vigraham – please refer my earlier posts) to Chicagoland in a vedic way. With His blessings, we received the confirmation on availabilities of vaidheekas, hall etc for the event. We request all devotees in and around Chicagoland to mark your calendar and attend the event.
Date: Sep 10th, 2016 (Saturday)
Venue: Sri Saibaba Mandir, 1101 Foran Ln, Aurora, IL 60506 (http://saisamsthanusa.org)
Time : 8 AM to 1 PM
Incidentally, Sep 10th is moola nakshatram, very very auspicious for Mahaperiyava. For sanyasis, more than the birth star, the sanyasa day nakshatra day is important. Mahaperiyava took sanyasa on Moola nakshatram. As many of you are aware, Mahaperiyava observed mounam (silence) on all moolams.
Sivasri Chandrasekara Gurukkal and Brahamasi Yagneswara Dikshitar will be conducting this event.
Given a very short time for this event, we need more volunteers to actively participate and make this event a success. Please reach out to me if you are willing to volunteer. Also if you are attending, please confirm your availability in the comment section for us to get an idea on the attendees for better planning.
I have already received few contact names for vilvam supply. I am also looking to see if there are anyone who could make some floral kreedam for Periyava.

Is there any accomodation where i can stay nearby the place ?
