The tutorial colleges I desire to be started for the forward communities should not only teach professional subjects but also provide religious and moral education. Arrangements should be made by the forward communities to teach these two subjects to the backward communities also. The education provided by the government has no provision for such subjects. Moreover, there is the danger of these students getting entrapped by the agnostic political parties who claim to be fighting for the rights of these students.
