பணியில் சேர்கிறவர்கள், பணியால் பயனடைகிறவர்கள் (Beneficiaries) இரண்டிலும் ‘ஜாதி’ என்ற அம்சமே இருக்கக் கூடாது. பணக்காரன்-ஏழை, படித்தவன்-படிக்காதவன் எல்லோரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து செய்கிற முறையில் இது ஒன்றிலாவது நேராகவோ, மறைமுகவோ ‘கம்யூனல் ரெப்ரஸென்டேஷன்’ (ஜாதி வாரிப் பிரதிநிதித்வம்) இல்லாமல் கார்யம் நடக்க வேண்டும். ஜாதிகளையெல்லாம் ஒன்றாக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஆரம்பித்தால்தான் சண்டை ஜாஸ்தியாகிறது ஆனதால் வர்க்கத்தால் ஒற்றுமையை ஸ்தாபிக்க யத்தனம் செய்யமால், ஒற்றுமைக்காகப் பாடுபடுகிறோம் என்றுகூட இல்லாமல், இப்படிப் பல பொதுக் கார்யங்களை எடுத்துப் போட்டுக் கொண்டு எல்லாரும் சேர்ந்து அவற்றைச் செய்தாலே தன்னால் ஒற்றுமையும் அன்பும் ஸெளஜன்யமும் உண்டாகிவிடும். – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்
There should be no caste factor either among the social workers or among the beneficiaries. When the rich and the poor, the educated and the uneducated cooperate to complete the task in hand, there should be no representation on the basis of caste. Disputes increase when we try to bring all the castes together.
