Our Dharma has always insisted that rich men should spend their money for philanthropy and be ready to sacrifice their own pleasures for the sake of social benefit. They should consider themselves as trustees for the wealth entrusted with them. Manu, Thiruvalluvar and Gandhi preached only this principle.
