பகவான் நம்மைக் கண் திறந்து பார்க்க வேண்டும்” என்று எல்லாரும் குறைபட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். கருணைக்கடலான ஈஸ்வரன் கண்ணைத் திறந்து பார்த்துக் கொண்டேதான் இருக்கிறான். ஏன் அவன் நாம் இஷ்டப்படுகிற மாதிரி நமக்கு சௌபாக்யங்களைத் தரவில்லை என்றால், நாம் கண்ணைத் திறந்து லோகத்தின் கஷ்டங்களைப் பார்த்து அது நிவ்ருத்தியாவதற்கு நம்மாலான உபகாரத்தைப் பண்ணாமலிருப்பதால்தான். நம் மனஸ் மற்றவர்களிடம் தயையால் நிரம்பினால், உடனே கருணையே உருவமான ஈஸ்வரனும் நமக்குத் தயை புரிவான். ஆனதால், கண்ணைத் திறந்து பார்க்க வேண்டியது நாம்தான்; பகவானல்ல. – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்
We always complain that Bhagawan has not bestowed His divine look upon us.The Ever-compassionate Eshwaran, has His eyes always wide open. The reason he has not blessed us is because we have not opened our eyes to the sorrows of the world and tried our level best to mitigate them. When our heart is filled with compassion for others, Eshwara, the embodiment of Mercy, will shower His compassion on us.
