ஸங்கமாகச் சேர்ந்து தொண்டு செய்கிறவர்களுக்கு அத்யாவசியமாயிருக்க வேண்டிய யோக்யதாம்சங்கள்: அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டுப்பாடு (நியமம்) ரொம்பவும் தேவை. எடுத்துக் கொண்ட வேலையில் கொஞ்சம் கூடப் பொறுப்பு குறையக் கூடாது. ஸத்தியமும், அந்தரங்க சுத்தமும் இதுபோலத் தேவை. அன்போடு மதுரமாகப் பேசவும் பழகவும் வேண்டும். பணத்தைக் கையாளுவதில் அப்பழுக்கில்லாதவர்கள் என்ற நம்பிக்கையை உண்டு பண்ணக் கூடியவர்களாக இருக்கணும். நியாயமாக ஸந்தேஹப்படுபவர்களிடம் பொறுப்பில்லாமலோ, பொறுமையிழந்தோ பதில் சொல்லக் கூடாது. அதே ஸமயத்தில் அநேக ஸந்தேஹப் பிராணிகள் ஏதாவது ரூமர் கிளப்பிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்களே என்பதற்காக “நமக்கென்னத்துக்கு ஊரான் பாடு?” என்று பொதுத் தொண்டை விட்டு விடவும் கூடாது. அதாவது ஸ்வயமான அவமானங்களை பாராட்டிக் கொண்டிராத மனப்பான்மை வேண்டும். – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்
When people come together and perform social service, they should have certain qualities. They should be extremely disciplined and with a strong sense of responsibility. Truth and purity of heart are must. They should be genial and kind in their relationship with others. Their financial integrity should be beyond doubt and they should inspire this confidence in others. When people raise reasonable doubts, they should be answered with patience. At the same time, when unjustified rumours are spread by perpetual doubters, they should be able to ignore them and not give up the social service.
