பிறவி எடுத்திருப்பதன் பிரயோஜனமே யாரிடமாவது ஒருவரிடம் மாறாத ப்ரியம் வைப்பதுதான். நாம் ப்ரியம் வைக்கும் பொருள் நம்மோடு எந்தக் காலத்திலும் சண்டைக்கு வராததாக இருக்க வேண்டும். நம்மை விட்டு எக்காலத்திலும் பிரிந்து போகாததாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அந்த வஸ்துவிடம் ப்ரியம் வைத்தால்தான் நம் ஜன்மம் பிரயோஜனம் உடையதாகும். நாம் எல்லாரும் எந்த வஸ்துவினிடமிருந்து உண்டாகி, எந்த வஸ்துவினோடு முடிவில் ஐக்கியமாகி விடுகிறோமோ அந்த வஸ்துவிடம் வைக்கிற ப்ரியம் தான் சாஸ்வதமானது. அந்த வஸ்துவைத் தான் ஸ்வாமி என்கிறோம். – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்

The purpose of us taking birth is to keep our love and affection on someone. The love and affection that is being showered by us should not fight with us at any time. It should also not get separated from us in any moment. If we shower our love on that object we attain the purpose of our Janma.
