இந்து மதத்தில் தோன்றிய மஹான்கள் தங்களுடைய உபதேசங்களால் மக்களை உயர் நிலைக்குக் கொண்டு வருவதாகவோ அல்லது அவர்களை உ ய்விப்பதாகவோ சொல்லிக் கொள்ளவில்லை. அவர்களுடைய பரிசுத்தமும், கொள்கையும் அதன்படி அவர்கள் நடத்திய வாழ்கையும் அவரை அண்டியவர்களுக்கு ஆன்மீகக் கல்வியாக அமைந்தது. தான் பரிசுத்தமாக இல்லாத ஒருவர் மற்றவர்கள் அவ்வாறு இருக்க வேண்டுமென்று உபதேசம் செய்ய முடியாது. – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்
The Mahans from Sanatana Hindu Dharma did not tell they uplifted people to a higher level because of their upadesams (teachings). Due to their principles and based on those how they lead their life set a spritual example for their followers.
