Sri Mahaperiyavaa has stated that there are certain acts [duties], if not done, will attract papam and he said Sandhyavandam is one of them. Trikaala Sandhyavandanam is a must. He said for office goers, Maadhyanikam can be done at 8.20 AM by which afternoon begins.
There is NO doing of snadhayavandhana AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE…. It has to be done and should be done, if one can not offer from office if he is at that time due to working hours, he should do it atleast as “Manaseegam”. It is a nithya karmunshtana, we do not give-up eating, do we?!!
Let us not relax ‘Gurus’and Acharyas’ upadesams (advices) by adding a relaxation ourself (due to convenience or ignorance) by saying “Let’s do our Nithyakarma Anushtanams as much as possible”
