ஓரிடத்தில் ஆபரணம் எதுவுமின்றி இயற்கை எழிலுடன் ஈசன் பிக்ஷாண்டார் மூர்த்தியாகத் திருக்கோலம் கொள்கிறார். மற்றொரு புறம் அழகே உருக்கொண்ட சுந்தரே ஸ்வரராக அவர் காட்சியளிக்கிறார். அதே கடவுள் பயமுள்ளவர்களுக்குப் பயத்தைப் போக்கி அபயத்தை அளிக்கும் பைரவ மூர்த்தியாகத் தோன்றுகிறார். வீரத்தைக் காண்பிக்கும் நிலையில் அவரே வீரபத்திரராகவும் காட்சியளிக்கிறார். தேவர்கள் விரும்பிய ஆனந்தத்தைக் கொடுக்க சிற்சபையில் அந்த ஈசனே நடனமாடுகிறார். எல்லாவற்றிலும் உயர்ந்ததான ஞானத்தைக் கொடுக்கும் தெய்வமாக தக்ஷிணாமூர்த்தி வடிவத்துடன் அமர்ந்து மௌனத்தினால் சனகாதி முனிவர்களுக்கு அவரே உபதேசம் அருள்கிறார். இவைகளெல்லாம் பரமசிவனின் திருக்கோலங்கள். – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்

In one place Ishwara without any ornaments give us darshan as beggar (Biskshandaar) showing his natural beauty. In another place he displays his beauty as Sundareswarar. The same Lord removes the fear of people and gives darshan as Bhairava Moorthy. When displaying his valor he takes the form of Veera Badhra. To give Devas the pleasure they desired, Ishwara dances in Chit Sabha. The Lord takes the divine form of Dakshinamoorthy when giving the highest Gnana to Sanakaadhi Rishi’s through his silence.
