When I was randomly searching photo repository for puja, this came! What an amazing picture. All of us have to learn from these mahans who at their 80+ ages do nithya puja. From this photo we could tell that Sri Vaariyar Swamigal is at least 80 and despite his age, his nithya puja goes on. Yesterday’s event in RA Puram where HH Pudhu Periyava did Chandramouleeswarar puja for hours. We give 100 excuses for not doing what we are supposed to do.
Let us take a resolution of not giving lame excuses for doing our duty!

We should do Nithya Sandhya Vandanam at least once if not twice a day
As per scriptures and sastras and sanathana dharma It is a must that thrikaala sandhyavandhanam is to be done by every person who has undergone upanayanam. Mahaperiyava Himself has expressed in lot of occasions His inability to relax it. Who are we to relax it 2 or 1.
