Yesterday I had very interesting conversation with Sri Kumar of Vignesh studios. Almost everyone knows him for the kainkaryam he does for Sri Matam. He narrated me lot of incidents yesterday. I wonder why Shivaraman has not done an interview with him! I will be writing couple of more posts soon on some of the projects he is doing where we can also be part of the kainkaryams….
Yesterday, he gave me a photo of Goddess Bhavani Amman. About 40+ years back when his sister was not married, they went to thatha ummachi (as Sri Kumar calls) and asked for His anugraham. Periyava gave this photo and asked Kumar’s mother to put sandal & kungumam daily around the border of the photo. Within 30 days, she got married.
I know quite a lot of parents who are worried about their children’s wedding etc.
I got the permission from Sri Kumar to publish this photo….I have uploaded a hi-res photo of Ambal (what a beauty!). I will try to bring some copies to US (if possible as I am already having lot of things to carry!). Following Periyava’s instructions with bakthi towards ambal & Periyava will definitely have its own effect.

Pranams to Maha periyava..i got to know about Bhavani amman slokam through a monthly Tamil magazine. The photo also came along with the mag.
I performed this pooja sincerely everyday and I am happy to state that with the blessings of Amma Bhavani and Maha Periyava, during the second round of “Pottu keeping”, my daughter’s wedding was fixed.

Yes we are in the process of finding a vegetarian maapillai for our dentist daughter …Came to know about this through our priest in Vancouver and started to do the poddu around swamy amman. Hopefully all will get blessed

I am too small to comment on the most revered “living” God. I only regret that I had not met him many times when He was physically present with us. I shall be grateful if I also get a picture of Divine Mother Bhavani so that I shall also be able to stand another testmony to the divine miracle of Maha Maha Periyava.
