Rare scene is coming to life – with the blessings of Periyavas

Exactly a year back, I made a post ( click HERE ) requesting our asthana artists to give life to this rare scene that mama described in his interview – onne has to watch the interview in the link to understand this scene. This request was immediately fulfilled by Smt Meena with her drawing ( click HERE for the post). She had a dream in which Periyava enquired and blessed her drawing!!!

Later, I am given to understand that Smt Jayashree of Bangalore, with the blessings of Mahaperiyava, who has completed a large canvas painting of 6 ft x 8 ft of this rare scene!!!! This was scrutinized and refined by HH Bala Periyava and approved last week…..Finally this painting is going to be inaugurated and will be installed in the Lord Chandramouleeswarar puja hall in Sri Matam.

I have attached the invitation for this event. I am so happy that someone is able to take do this in a large scale…I can’t wait to see this wonderful painting after it is installed in our Sri Matam. If you think about it it would have been a magnificent site for all Sri Matam devotees and for generations to enjoy this!

I am still unable to comprehend how my small request here in the blog has taken such a large shape and form. Thanks to all artists and those who all painted and special thanks to Smt Jayashree to make this happen in a grand scale…

His mercy is boundless!

Hara Hara Shankara Jaya Jaya Shankara!

  2. By Mahaperiyavaa’s Grace I happened to connect Smt Jayasree & Sri Venkat with Sri Annadhaanam Amravaneswaran mama through telephone conference call and mama narrated the sequence and explained the significance as mentioned by Mahaperiyavaa. As we all worship Mahaperiyavaa as Kamakshi and Periyavaa himself has told on many occasions that HH Pudhuperiyavaa as Mahalakshmi and HH Balaperiyavaa as Saraswathi (Balaperiyavaa has taken initiative to build a library at Kancheepuram which is one of its kind with its collections) to give all of us Gyan. Hence mama said this is rarest of rare scenes happened in 1980s that Kamakshi performing Puja and Mahalakshmi & Saraswathi fanning with Samaram and we all have the blessings to live in the era when incarnations of three Goddess lived amongst us!
