Chicago devotees had a great opportunity to celebrate Periyava monthly anusham. Being a Sunday, we had a good turnout. Sri Ramani Bagavathar, who is in Chicago visiting his daughter, graciously agreed to come and sing on all gurus….Since I was sitting in the puja I could not take much photos/videos…Also I have not captured the whole songs due to lack of storage…I have captured only portions. Here are some photos and videos for your viewing pleasure….

Sir, I am thrilled to find that so much interest is evinced in far off Chicago, on Sri Periyava and our ancient SANATANA DHARMA and our VEDAS, which He lived for. To observe the tenets of our Dharma and what has been said in our Vedas is the best way to follow His footsteps. We all have to do it and more importantly teach our own children at the age of 5, these stipulations, so that our culture and IDENTITY remains intact in that foreign society. To follow their culture, which is being done now, is to commit suicide culturally. I reqest you, Sir, and through you everybody in Chicago, to save our own culture. Blessed to see the pictures of the Event , Yagneswara Dikshitar is my own Periappa( Fathers elder brother ) , so happy to see him along with periyva . We are planning to have Periyvas Padhukas visit our home on 9th Nov . Praying for his divine blessings !
