i think wedding functions are for , and to bring out the best possible Ma xima and Mi nima of both soils history till date and events to come from now and that is why brides and grooms are brid(g)ed by our vedic culture and unfortunately Eves’ innocence is misused and now slowly gets cleared of the clouds of innocence by winds of science.

One small correction. Sri Mahaaperiyavaa has said in his Deivaththin kural about Vibhuti & Santana Kunkumam on the forehead. He has said Vibhuti is always at the top and nothing should be applied on it. Santana Kunkumam should be applied only below the Vibhuti line. [I am saying this based on the authority of having read all the 7 volumes. It is there in one of them. If someone asks me to quote chapter and verse, I cannot]
