If anyone is interested in building a good web site for Orikkai mani mantapam, please let me know…We need this person to own this effort – all the way from identifying a hosting company, coming up with few design ideas, build it, maintain it (do constant updates of news, activities etc) and plans to sustain it…If you think that you can participate only till this is fully built and not after that, it is still fine..Or if you think that you can refer a professional guys who need to be paid (not too exorbitantly) , that is fine too.
We can’t even build a room for Periyava. The least we could do is to participate in any other activities to support this great temple.

I can build a website. I just recently built one for myself using Weebly (please check out http://www.guruswriting.com for reference). I can buy a domain and point it to my Weebly, I can subscribe to a starter plan which is reasonable. Periyava Charanam Maheshji, You are doing a wonderful job of spreading details about the “Go Rakshanam and Go shaalaas. I saw the cattle traficcking video and its really disheartening to see the inhuman activities. Mahaperiyava has clearly mentioned in the “Go Rakshanam” booklet that first of all we should do our best to support the activities of various Go shaalas and then we can think about the banning of slaughter etc. Apart from monetary contribution I am very much interested in passing on this message about the various Go shaalas mentioned in your blog like the one by Karthik, Savithri Go Rakshana Samithi etc. I am thinking aloud here what I feel is all the individuals who are all Mahaperiyava Devotees should join hands in this noble cause may be like the pidi arisi thittam if every one contributes whatever possible from their end then that could amount to a sizeable contribution to support goshaalaas. Apart from this we should try to take on this to a Corporate level like introducing the concept of supporting Goshaalaas as one of CSR activities by the companies, may be lot of good corporates like TVS, Tatas, Infosys etc etc would love to undertake this. These are just couple of my suggestions, apart from this we should try to implement whatever possible from our end, once we start thinking in this line Mahaperiyava will definitely guide us in this path. I also came across one more article about Sh.Sadhana Rao of Chennai who does a great service of protecting the cows, I spoke to her and she said she has been receiving cows which are otherwise meant for slaughtering and she said “Finance” is the main constraint.
