Ganapadigal doing abishekam

Brahmasri Chandrasekhara Bharathi Ganapadigal is doing abishekam to Mahaperiyava at his house in W.Mambalam, I think…I have met him during my last trip. He taught be little bit of sukthams during my short stay…He is none other than son-in-law of Shri Panchami Nagarajan….Although very young, well-read ganapadigal with utmost bakthi towards Periyava. Extraordinarily humble….When he picks up the phone and while disconnecting he will always chant “Periyava Charanam” – not once – multiple times!!! Very busy man – hard to reach!!

  1. Very nice to see the picture of this great GhanapatigaL bearing the Name of the Great Jeevan Mukhtha HH Sri Chandrasekhara Bharathi Maha SwamigaL doing Abhishekam to Maha Periyava,, another equally Divine Jeevan Mukhtha! Jaya Jaya Shankara, Hara Hara Shankara!

    1. Friends, Let us try to understand the meanings of ‘Charanam’ and ‘sharanam)
‘ चरणं’ ‘शरणम’ : Here, Charanam means the Holy Feet. Sharanam means ‘I surrender’. Better we can say ‘Periyava Sharanam’ or “Periyava charaname sharanam”, instead of saying ‘Periyava charanam’. I am sure, you don’t mind.

  2. Hi Mahesh,

Does the ganapadigal do poojas and homams and other vaideega karyas for homes? Can you please give me his number?

    1. it is not called “samadhi” – rather adhishtanam or brindavanam….samadhi is a word used to represent two things(1) highest state of mind in meditation (2) to represent a burial place of common people – not mahans.
