பிள்ளையாருடைய மனஸ் எத்தனை நல்லது என்பதற்கு ஒன்று சொல்லிவிட்டால் போதும். ஒருத்தரின்கிட்டேயே கோபம் நெருங்க முடியாது; மகா கோபிஷ்டர் கூட அவருக்கு முன்னால் தானாகவே சாந்தமாகி விடுவார் என்றால், அப்படிப்பட்டவர் வெகு நல்ல மனம், உயர்ந்த அன்புள்ளம் படைத்தவ ராகத்தானே இருக்க வேண்டும். இப்படி ஒரு உதாஹரணம் பிள்ளையார் விஷயமாக இருக்கிறது.நம் எல்லோரிடமும், ஈ எறும்பில் இருந்து ஆரம்பித்து அனைத்து ஜீவராசிகளிடமும் பரம கிருபையோடு இருக்கக்கூடியவர் யார்? ஸாக்ஷ£த் அம்பாள்தான். இத்தனை ஜீவராசி களுக்கும் தாயாக இருக்கப்பட்ட அகிலாண்ட ஜனனி அவள்தானே? அப்படிப்பட்ட அந்த அகிலாண்டேச்வரியே ஒரு ஸமயம் உக்ர ரூபம் கொண்டிருந்தாள். ஜம்புகேச்வரத்தில் (திருவானைக்காவில்) இருக்கப்பட்ட அகிலாண்டேச்வரி, கலிகாலத்தில் ஜனங்கள் போகிற போக்கைப் பார்த்து இப்படி உக்கிர கோலமாக ஆகிவிட்டாள். ஸகல சக்தியும் அவள்தான் ஆகையால் அன்பில் பரம ஸெளம்யமான லலிதாம்பாளாக இருக்கப்பட்ட அவளே கோபம் வந்தால் அதன் உச்சியில் காளியாயிருப்பாள். இப்போது அப்படித்தான் ஆகியிருந்தாள். கலியைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி வைப்பதற்காக அவதாரம் செய்திருந்த நம்முடைய ஆச்சார்யாள் அங்கே வந்தார். பரமேச்வர அவதாரம் ஆனதால், அவரால் உக்ர கோலத்திலிருக்கிற அம்பாளிடமும் போக முடியும். ஆனாலும் அவர் இந்த ஸந்தர்ப்பத்தைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டு, பிள்ளையாரின் அன்பு மனப் பெருமையை உலகத்துக்குத் தெரிவிக்க நினைத்தார். அதனால் அம்பாளுக்கு நேர் எதிரே, கோயில் முடிந்து மதில் வந்துவிடுகிற அவ்வளவு தூரத்திலே, பெரிசாக ஒரு பிள்ளையாரை பிரதிஷ்டை பண்ணிவிட்டார்.
அவ்வளவுதான் செல்லப்பிள்ளை எதிரே இருக்கிறான் என்றதும் அம்பாளுடைய அத்தனை உக்கிரமும் போன இடம் தெரியாமல் போய் விட்டது! அப்போது அம்பாளைவிட்டு போயிருந்த கோபம் மறுபடியும் ஒருபோதும் அவளிடம் திரும்பிவிடக் கூடாதென்று, நினைத்தார் ஆச்சார்யாள். அதனால் அந்த உக்ர கலைகளை இரண்டு தாடங்கங்களில் ஆகர்ஷித்து சமனம் செய்தார் (அடக்கினார்). அந்த தாடங்கங்களை அம்பாளின் காதுகளிலேயே அணிவித்தார். ஜம்புகேஸ்வரம், திரு ஆனைக்கா இரண்டு பெயர்களிலுமே பிள்ளையார் சம்பந்தமிருக்கிறது. ஜம்பு என்பது நாவல் மரம். பிள்ளையாருக்கு ரொம்பப் பிடித்தது நாவல் பழம். திருஆனைக்கா என்றபோதும் அதில் ஆனை வந்து உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு கஜானன மூர்த்தியை ஞாபகப்படுத்துகிறது.

I have heard from many disciples and also read books/articles which refer to Smt Mathioli Saraswathi Amma as the amsam of Sri Akhilandeswari as confirmed by Sri Mahaperiyava himself.
There are many ardent disciples of Sri Mahaperiyava also who are disciples of Smt Mathioli Amma.
Are there any members of this forum who have any idea about this aspect? Has any member also heard the same infromation elsewhere?
Yes, you are correct. She has been referred as the Poorna avatar of Sri Akhilandeswari by MahaPeriava. She is Divinity in human form and does a lot of services through the Nandalala Mission, Nandalala Seva Samithi Trust, Nandalala Medical foundation, Yoga Saras Academy besides the Nandalala Religious Trust.
Some 25 years back I read the above article in Deivathin Kural and was hankering to visit this divya kshetram. I was fortunate enough to visit this temply with my wife and son and speciality of this temple is very near the Devi we can go and have darshan. Beautiful ! I was thrilled with emotion upon seeing Her divinity. We offered a “flower kireedam’ and also had darshan of Shri Vinayaka. On another occassion , Shri Mahaperiyava mentioned that for Shri Kanchi Kamakshi , Shri Meenakshi is the ‘Mantrini’ and Shri Akhilandeshwari is the ‘Dandanaathaa’.
Which one to appreciate a) whether the beauty and serenity displayed on the Goddess Akhilandeswari by the gifted artist Silpi excellently or b) whatever may be the complex subject, the ability of communicating the message in a manner addressing the heart of the reader in a very natural and lucid style ( through Ra Ganapathi) by the great Periva, who is Kamakshi incarnate? All are blessed.
If you happen to get access to the other portrait Vallabha Ganapathi painted by Shilpi, (also at Tiruvanaikoil) it would be a treasure. It is this image that would assist any disciple in the back of his/her mind whenever reciting Maha Ganapathi Moola manthram (of course to be initiated through proper Guru) because the Dhyana Sloka describes vividly the image of Sri Maha Ganapathi as painted by Silpi. Can you oblige that photo of great Silpi, if you happen to have access, on this site please?

Yes there is the pillayar before Her, thadangam by the sides and subramanian behind her to make her a santha swarupi. i hope the archakas continue with lalitha sahasramam or astothram as usual instead of the ugra atharva archanai….. i was only dreaming how to tell to and whom to tell and here i go!~!!!thanks mahesh.there is also a small vigraha of adishankara next to that pillayar!!!!
Thank you Very much Sri.Mahesh for the post. As a Thiru Aanaikka resident, very glad to have Akilandeswari Ambal’s dharshan here. The Bhaktas can have the Dharshan of Jagadhguru Adishankarar inside this Ganesha Temple.
