தயவு செய்து நான் சொல்வதைத் தவறாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ள மாட்டீர்கள் என்று நிச்சயமாக நம்புகிறேன். அப்படி ஒருவேளை எடுத்துக்கொண்டால், இப்போதே என் மன்னிப்பையும் கோருகிறேன்.

இந்த வலைப்பூவைப் பாதுகாக்கவென சமீப காலமாய் நீங்கள் ஒரு சில மாற்றங்கள் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறீர்கள். அது புரிகிறது.
ஆனால், இந்த வலைப்பூவுக்கு வருவோரில் பலரும் முழுமையான கணினி அறிவு இல்லாதவர்கள், ஏதோ ஒரு கணினிப் பெட்டி கிடைத்ததே என்னும் மகிழ்வில், அதன் மூலம் இந்த அற்புதப் பதிவுகளைப் படிப்பவர்கள் என்பதை நீங்கள் நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டுமென வேண்டுகிறேன்.

thanks for an excellently worded note. Every time it pains my heart while writing “pl get help from someone near you”…at the same time, we need to be practical. I live in Chicago, which is 11 hours time difference from India. It is Very impractical to call someone to fix their computer problem from here. even if I call, the person at the other end is no a computer savvy person…..it would be very hard to resolve a problem with that approach. trust me, I have tried a lot with my father.. I never worked!
coming to the way how materials are published in the blog…I try to keep Unicode as the most preferred way. at the same token, when people send me some material to post that isn’t Unicode, the only best option is PDF. I don’t prefer to giving a downloadable link, which will reduce user reading experience….I want to embed into scribd kind is program, where one can easily read it with ease…I get lots of emails saying that posts published by me only gives such errors etc….I can technicAlly explain that it is impossible. however the other person may not understand…..
thanks for your generous offer to retype or translate. so many volunteers came and tried to do such work. due to time factor, they could not sustain it. you are most welcome to type them.
coming to work schedule etc, work for 10-12 hours a day and on top of that I have my personal things to take care. I barely have time to relax….with that schedule typing or translating to English is impossible.
thanks for the kind thought…much appreciated…I am not shutting down any ideas…i am open for ideas……may be we can get one volunteer from our Indian user base, who can help resolving these kind of browser problems. all elderly people can call that person. or someone could come up with a small document that can do step-by-step instructions to self-service such issues….
that seems to be the only quickest way to resolve this..
this is Periyava work and I need volunteers for making it more effective….anyone who is computer-skilled with some time to spare can make a big difference in these things and can contact me to join hands with me….
