Jeer Swamigal has spoken from the bottom of His Heart. He released Periyava Kural Cds recently. A great Sanskit scholar, who grew up under Maha Periyava’s KaruNaa Kadaaksham, He remained steadfast to His Sampradaaya, which Maha Periyavaa insisted that He should be like that only. He showed righteous anger at the mismanagement of funds by the authorities in charge of the Veda Paatashaalaa where He was teaching in Purvaashrama. He will definitely hold the VaishNava Sampradaayam high up and maintain cordiality with Advaitha sampradaya. My namaskaarams to Him. Maha periyavaa ThiruvadigaLee CharaNam!

One of the best interviews. While I had read this in Darisana Anubavangal, It was very great to listen from the Swamigal himself. One should imagine, at 23 yrs of age, (1955 born) when he has an offer to go abroad, and there were forcing circumstances to accept the offer, he finally chose the words of Periyaval as final words.
