What does facing the flow mean? Does it mean facing in the same direction as the water is flowing, or does it mean facing the water as it flows towards you? The two are directly opposite each other… Thank you!
Very recently, when we took bath at Triveni sangam in Allahabad, I said to my accompanions that we should taking bath facing the flow (and that was not east) . But someone in the team said that we should face east and dip… This I heard many discussing at Holy Ganges and many other places.
