Man is considered as a consuming machine.That is why pressure on all types of resources are increasing, and consequently environmental degradation is also mounting up. If moksha is emphased such problems can be averted effectively.As often pointed out by our Mahaswami,Varnashrama dharma rightly emphasizes the need for ecofriendly and balanced- living.Unfortunately it is not properly understood due to the ommissions and commissions of our people.
