Very Blessed person Sri Uma Maheswaran is! Our ancestors’ good deeds sustain us and what we do as good things will sustain our children too. That is why, whenever we see Mahaans and introduce ourselves, we should tell our native place, we are so and so’s son or grandson and then only tell our names. Maha Periyava;s Blessings will be always with us! Jaya Jaya Shankara, Hara Hara Shankara!
I reverentially recall the several occasions the Sacred Hand was raised when my name was announced as “son of …” And the benefits I derived thereof.
