“Such a Tejasvi, have you seen anywhere?!”
In the above statement, Kanchi Mahaswamigal is referring to the 33rd Shankaracharya (from 1912 to 1954) of Sringeri, HH Sri Chandrasekhara Bharati III Swamigal!

Who am I to think. Maha Periyava is none other than Lord Shiva
I have read about this particular Sringeri Acharya in one of the episodes described by Sri Raa Ganapathi – the way Sri Mahaperiyavaa described the Sringeri Acharya brought out what really a great Tapaswi He is ! Both had immense mutual respect. Perhaps Mahesh can try to locate this incident and publish if poissible. Seeking the blessings of both the Acharyas for the well being of all.
Jaya Jaya Shankara Hara Hara Shankara

MahaPeriyava Padham Saranam — This is the first time I am seeing this Photo of MahaPeriyva. Why there should a -ve comment. There is already enough about Acharyas out there? Now-a-days people are understanding us Archaryas more than any time — Why would anyone going comment -vely. If they do they are part of this religion.
Two Great Mahaans! One can only shed tears at this Advaitha Bhaavam! Jaya Jaya Shankara, Hara Hara Shankara!
nice.
