Even in Muslim countries like Afghanistan, cow slaughter has been banned many years ago. However in our country, the British had wantonly kindled hatred and enmity among religions regarding this issue. Whatever be the ruling government and whether there is an enforcement of law or not, no harm will come to them, if only we make it a point that it is our sacred duty to save the cows from going to slaughter houses. Regarding this we have a lot more to learn from Gujarathis and Marvaris.
