Not sure which year was that. I was in the matam during my India trip and as you can see Sri Balu mama did not get sanyasam at that time. When I requested a photo, he took me to this place and he asked me to take a picture in front of this banner where he is there with Periyava.
When I was going through the media library of Periyava photos, in almost 60% of the photo, mama is there with Periyava!!!!
