பிக்ஷாடனமூர்த்தி அதோமுகமாக இரண்டு விரலைக் காட்டிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்படியான முத்திரையைச் சின்முத்திரை என்று சொல்லுகிறார் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். பிக்ஷாடன மூர்த்தியின் ஒரு கையில் இரண்டு கால்களையும் தூக்கிக்கொண்டு ஒரு குட்டிமான் நிற்கும். இவர் கையை வைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும்படியான முத்திரையை அது பார்த்துக் கொண்டு நிற்கிறாற்ப் போல இருக்கும். ‘இதோ உனக்கு ஆகாரம் இருக்கிறது பார்’ என்று ஸ்வாமி சொல்வது போல் அந்த இரண்டு விரலையும் அதனிடம் காட்டிக் கொண்டிருப்பது போல இருக்கும். ஒரு புல்லை அதற்குக் காட்டுகிற மாதிரி, ‘உனக்கு ஒரு வஸ்து இருக்கிறது’ என்று சொல்கிற மாதிரி இருக்கிறது. இப்படி அனேகம் மூர்த்திகள். – ஜகத்குரு ஸ்ரீசந்திரசேகரேந்திர சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகளின் அருள்மொழிகள்
