On Monday I did Somavara abhishekam to my panchayathana murthis and also included Mahaperiyava vigraham. Before keeping the vigraham I hurriedly removed the old vastram and kept it on the side and finished the whole puja and went to someone’s place to attend some Devi puja and stayed that night and got back home only Tuesday evening. When I walked into the puja room, I noticed something odd and see the vastram took a shape by itself. To me, it looked like “Meru”. I asked my wife if she moved this during her puja and she confirmed that she didn’t touch the vastram. To her, it looked like Periyava Himself sitting. I shared this photo with few other people and they also said that it looks like Periyava only. So I carefully moved the vastram and kept it by Chicago Periyava vigraham and offered a flower. Whether it is Meru or Periyava – both are same to us. We are happy to see Periyava in vastram!
