I did not know that renovation work at this great kshetram is underway. I thought that Sri Atirudram Ravi did some work here when he conducted Atirudram few years back…Regardless, we as Kanchi devotees are indebted to support all of our adishtanam related projects. I received this from Sri Anand Vasudevan and do not have any additional info. I suggest you contact the folks in the brochure for more info….

Namaskaram. On the invitation IFC Code mentioned as CBINO.282105 which is correct. An IFSC or the Indian Financial System Code is an 11 digit code in alpha-numeric format used by the Reserve Bank of India to identify all the Bank branches….So it should be mentioned as CBINO282105 in invitation to avoid doubts in donars mind that the code may be incorrect since this invitation is widely circulated physically and in an electronic forms. thanks
Thank you Sir! As you rightly mentioned, CBIN0282105 (it is zero after ‘N’ and not alpha ‘O’) is the correct IFSC code for Central Bank of India, Pudukkottai Branch. Devotees may kindly take a note of this while transferring funds.
Sri Sundaresan Mama is the managing trustee of Illayathangudi Adhistanam. Please do send your Name, Address, Mobile number and the amount transferred etc. to Sundaresan Mama through ‘Whatsapp’ (94434 30378). So that Mama should be able to send you the receipt and prasadams. Sri Bala Periyava will announce the Kumbabhishekam date, once the renovation work is completed. The Balalayam has been performed on 5th April 2018.
It is definitely a wonderful opportunity for all of us to get participated in this Maha Kainkaryam. Like Sivasthanam (Thenambakkam), Illayathangudi is also a place which is very close to Mahaperiyava.
