சகல மார்க்க நிறைவான சரவணபவன் (Part 3-Final)

பாமர ஜனங்களிலிருந்து தேவர் வரையில் எல்லோரையும் ஒரேபோல் அநுக்கிரகிக்கிறவர் அவர். வேட ஸ்திரீயான வள்ளியை ஒரு பத்தினியாகவும், தேவ ராஜகுமாரியான தேவசேனையை இன்னொரு பத்தினியாகவும் கொண்டவர். பார்வதீ பரமேசுவரர்களின் கடைக்குட்டியான அவர்தான் தேவர்களில் ரொம்பவும் குழந்தை; அவரே தேவநாயகனாக இருக்கிறார். தேனாம்பேட்டையில் சுப்ரம்மண்ய ஸ்வாமி கும்பாபிஷேகம் நடந்தபோது, ‘தேவநாயகன் பேட்டை’தான் ‘தேனாம்பேட்டை’ ஆயிற்றோ என்று தோன்றிற்று. “தேவாதிதேவப் பெருமாளே” என்று அருணகிரி சொல்வார்.

அவரை நாம் எல்லோரும் பக்தி செய்து, இகபர க்ஷேமத்தைப் பெற வேண்டும். இவ்விதம் பக்தி செய்வதற்காக நம்மை நக்கீரர் ‘ஆற்றுப்படுத்திய’ நூல்தான் திருமுருகாற்றுப்படை. ஆற்றுப் படை உடைய முருகன் கங்கை ஆற்றில் பிறந்தவர். ஆறு தாங்கிய ஜோதியான அவர், ஆறெழுத்து மந்திர மூர்த்தி; ஆறுதலைக் கொடுக்கும் ஆறுமுகர்; ஆறுபடை வீரர். அவரது வெற்றி நாளான மகாஷஷ்டி துலா மாதத்தின் வளர்பிறை ஆறாம் நாள். துலா என்பது அவரது சமநிலையாம். தராசு முனையைக் காட்டுவது. ஞானத்தில் எங்கும் சமமாக இருந்து கொண்டே லோகாநுக்கிரகத்துக்காக அசுரர்களை வென்று பக்தர்களை ரக்ஷிப்பார். வெளிப்பகையோடு உட்பகைவர் அறுவரையும் அழித்து நம்மை ஜோதி ஸ்வரூபமாக்குகிற சிகரஜோதி அவர். மலைகளில் எல்லாம் மணிவிளக்காக மேலே நிற்பவர் அவர். கைலாஸ மலையில் ஜோதிப் பொழிவாய் உதித்தார். திருப்பரங்குன்ற மலையிலும் திருத்தணிகை மலையிலும் தேவயானை வள்ளியரை மணந்தார்; பல மலைகளில் சேனையை வகுத்தார்; கந்தமாதன மலையில் சூரனை வதைத்தார்; பழனி மலையில் ஆண்டியாய் நின்றார்; ஸ்வாமி மலையில் ஞானமொழி பேசினார்.

தேவாதி தேவப் பெருமாளான அவர் பெரியரில் பெரியவர். நாம் சின்னஞ் சிறியர். சின்னஞ் சிறிய நாம், தானியங்களுள் சின்னஞ் சிறிய தினையைக் காட்டி அழைத்தால், அந்தப் பெரியோன் வருவான். சின்னச் சின்ன தேனீக்கள் சின்ன மலர்களிலிருந்து எடுத்த தேனை விட்டு, தினை மாப்பிசைத்து அவருக்கு நிவேதனம் செய்தால், நமக்கு மன மலர்ச்சி என்ற தேனின் இனிமையைத் தருவார். தூய பசு மேய்ந்த தாவர லோகம் – இயற்கை – அழகு – முழுவதற்கும் சாரமாகத் திரண்டு வந்த பசு நெய்யை மாவில் வார்த்து, ஜோதி விளக்கேற்றினால் நம் மனத்திலும் அவர் ஞானச் சுடரை ஏற்றி வைப்பார்! மாவிளக்கு என்று நாம் மா விளக்கை அவருக்கு அர்ப்பணம் செய்தால், மா விளக்கான – அதாவது மகா தீபமான – அவர் நமக்கு ஞான ஜோதியைத் தருவார்.

பரமேசுவர ஸ்வரூபமான அவருக்கு, “அரன் நாமம் சூழ்க” என்று அவரே ஞானசம்பந்தராக வந்து சொன்னதற்கேற்ப, “அரஹரோ ஹரா” சொல்லி நம் பாபத்தையெல்லாம் எரித்துப் பரமானந்த ஜோதியாக இருப்போமாக!

He Who Is The Ultimate Fulfillment Of All Ways (Part 3-Final)

He is someone who showers His Mercy alike on both the illiterate simpletons and the Heavenly beings. He has Valli who is a Hunter woman as one consort and Devasena who is a Dheva Princess as another. He, who is the last child of Parvathi  and Parameswaran is the youngest of all Dhevas; but He happens to be the Dhevanayagan (King of Dhevas) too. During the Kumbabishekam (Temple renovation) ceremony of Subramanya Swamy temple at Teynampet, it struck me as to whether “Dhevanayakan pet” could’ve become “Teynampet”. Arunagiri calls Him as “Dhevadhi Dheva Perumalle”.

All of us should worship Him and attain prosperity in both “Iga-Para” (wordly as well as Heavenly) lives. To initiate us into this Bhakthi and streamline it, the book that Nakkirar created is the “Thirumurugatruppadai”. Murugan who has the “Aatruppadai” was born in the river Ganga (Ganges). He who happened to be the Jyothi (Light) that was nurtured by a river is the Owner-God of six-lettered Mantra;the Arumaga who offers Arudhal (solace) always; Arupadai Veerar (warrior). His Victory day, which is the Maha Shashti, comes on the sixth day of Vallarpirai (waxing days of the Moon) in the month of Thula (October-November). Thula (A balance or a Weighing machine) denotes His balanced state. While maintaining a balance in Knowledge everywhere, He would destroy the Asuras and save His devotees for the sake of Universal Wellbeing. He is the “Shikara Jyothi” (Ultimate Light) which turns us into a form of Light by destroying the external enemies as well as the six enemies lying within (Kama, Krotha, Moha and the like). He is the  Arch light that stands atop all hills. He appeared in the form of a bright light in the mountains of Kailash. He married Devayani and Valli in the hills of Thirupparankundram and Thiruthanigai respectively; formed armies in many mountains; destroyed Suran in the Kandhamadhana Hills; stood as an Aandi (Pauper) in Pazhani Hills;spoke words of Wisdom in Swamimalai.

He, who is the Dhevadhi Dheva, is the greatest among the Greats. We are smallest of the small. If we, who are small creatures call Him by offering the smallest of small cereals namely Thinai (a kind of rice), then that biggest being would appear. If we add honey collected by small bees from small flowers to the Thinai rice flour and offer it to him, He would bestow us with a refreshing and venerated mind which is as sweet as that honey. If we light a lamp by adding the cow ghee to the flour, the pure ghee that comes as the essence of the entire plant world — sheer Nature — its beauty — that a chaste cow has grazed, then He will ignite the light of Knowledge in our minds too. If we offer the Maa Vilaaku (flour lamp) to Him, He who is the Maa Villakku, that is the Maha Dheepam (Greatest Light), would give us the Gnyana Jothi, Light of Enlightenment.

Let us all remain as the blissful Light forever by burning down all our sins through chanting “Ara Haro Hara” to Him who is the Parameswara Swaroopam, as per the Sloka “Aran Namam Vaazhga”,  which He Himself has given us by coming down as Thirugnyanasambhandhar.
